Jonathan was very cool and so helpful and respectful! Made the leasing portion of me working on getting an apartment very easy. While living here, he answered all of my questions and always greeted in the hallways when i did see him.Would highly recommend working with him!

I’ve been at Shepherd for the past year and have just resigned because of how well kept the property is and how nice and helpful the staff is here, especially Jonathan. Everyone is super helpful, but Jonathan has been my main contact person from the start and he hasn’t let me down. I see Jonathan around the property often and I’m always greeted by my first name and a huge smile. So personable. I haven’t had many maintenance needs but when something does arise the crew here is fast and efficient at fixing things. I look forward to living another year at Windsor Shepherd.

Jonathan K was so welcoming when my wife and I went apartment shopping. He explained in detail the amenities the Windsor had to offer. We can’t thank him enough and we will be seriously considering moving here when. Thanks again Jonathan, hope to see you soon!

Had an amazing time on my apartment tour. The complex was clean and the pool was amazing. I love ping pong and their table comes with balls ????. If Windsor is a reflection of what Jonathan is, we’ll be moving in soon

This apartment complex and the staff (shoutout Jonathon) have been exceptional and have made life easier. The staff is all timely in their responses and are more than willing to help. The other residents at the complex are extremely friendly and have offered to help me move or help carry things in etc. I recommend to any of those who are contemplating the move in.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I am a current resident, and have been extremely disappointed to say the least. The elevator breaks down constantly. I have lived here for just a couple months and it has broken down no less then 20 times, sometimes for multiple days in a row. The amenities are sub par. Nothing you could not find at another company/apartment complex. If you are late on your payment at no fault of your own, they charge you $100s of dollars and will not work with you! There are never community events, even though this was promised when I moved in. There is no dog park. The hallways and elevators always smell like a mix of weed, trash and air freshener mixed together. If I had a redo, I would never live here. Not worth the cost. Building is cheap, but they try to disguise it to make it look like expensive finishes. Lastly, the amount of maintenance requests I have had to put in, in just a couple months (at least 8) for a building that was built in 2018 is ridiculous. Again, save your money and live somewhere else.

I have lived here for a long time. No property is perfect, but these guys try. Free coffee, clean amenities, a gym with a tire flip machine and a heavy weight set. I’m happy with my choice to be here.

Don't do it! This place is a scam and I could not wait to leave after one torturous year. The only thing I will miss is the gym. The apartments are nice and alluring but the building is more than subpar... I just moved out less than a week ago and when I asked about the move-out process, they did not offer a walk-through, but instead told me to leave my keys on the counter... they are most definitely overcharging for what they're offering as a "luxury apartment". They also increased rent nearly $200 (making rent $1,900+) for a $1,500 unit. Shady business. Save yourself the hassle. At the height of summer, the apt AC went out and it was in 89-92 degrees for 5 full days and they didn't offer any concessions on rent but they make sure they squeeze every dime out of you with extra fees above basic rent- about an additional $100/month. The hallways are always a mess with dog hair, dog poop & dog urine, stinky trashbags (photos attached), marijuana odor, spills, etc. It's only clean when they're showing apartments and they only show you the best parts of the building when you come to check it out. Don't trust it. Go somewhere else. The elevators are ALWAYS broken. Literally every single month (see attached monthly emails from Sept 2021-Sept 2022) and they simply blame the new movers for damaging the elevator every single month for the breakdown. The building is not as secure as they pretend it is. The key fob system is a joke (they'll tell you it was just replaced) and the stairwell doors are often compromised or vandalized (see photos) You can hear every footstep of the unit above you, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor snoring as well as any music or television they leave on. They're replacing all the carpet to hardwood floors so they dont have to keep changing it with each tenant but the building isn't insulated enough to absorb the sound. The hardwood floors look nice but the I knew the upstairs neighbor's schedule because every moring at 8am I could hear her heavy-footed steps and her exercise routine. She would throw balls and the dog would run to get them. Anytime she wore heels it was extra loud. Management told me it was normal. Normal for what luxury apartment? I might as well stay in the hood for all this drama. For months, I could FEEL bass from someone's music throughout my entire apartment no matter where I went. Management told me it was normal to hear my neighbors music and blew me off. After a few weeks of it driving me crazy all day & well into the evening, one night, around 11pm I went to find which apartment it was and found it was the unit directly below me. For daysssss I sent videos of the music from outside their apartment to show how loud it was. Instead of checking the neighbor, they told me I could move to a different unit. Who does that? They got tired of me sending them proof of excessive loud music and told me some level of neighbor-noise was to be expected but if I can hear your bass from the unit below me, through 10ft ceilings AND a floor... HOW is that normal? And why would I have to be the one to move for peace? The traffic on Durham (and I assume its worse on Shepherd) would wake me up every night: busstop across the street, ambulances, loud cars, honking horns, etc. So I had to wear earphones to sleep. The mailroom is always in disarray and packages get lost. Cars get broken into and management does nothing, saying there are no cameras. One night I was walking to Federal Grill across Shepherd and heard a woman having $3X & screaming. I look up and of course it's this raggedy a$$ building. There was a man & woman having $3X in the Sky Lounge (photos attached). I never went back up there. All the seats were already stained and dirty so I didn't want to chance it if that's what tenants are doing. The day I moved in, I was in the elevator and 2 tenants were complaining that there was ANOTHER break-in and both of their cars had been vandalized and they couldn't wait to leave. Tenants would asked to be moved to other properties to avoid breaking their lease. I have more and will be back but I need to get back to work...

BEWARE- DO NOT RENT HERE . I’ve lived in quite a few different apartments over the past few years, high end to low end this is the WORST place I have EVER lived… EVER. It’s noisy, the staff really doesn’t care about you at all. The elevators only work half the time. I paid to end my lease early that’s how bad it was… BEWARE , I wish I could give zero stars , HORRIBLE
