Jonathan has been such a help since the start. He made my move in very smooth from moving in furniture to setting up all my everything inside the apartment. Even after move in Jonathan has been such a help with everything I've needed assistance with. Just an all-around excellent experience.

Jonathan Kichamu was very helpful pertaining to my Issue and got it handled. I appreciate his Customer Service. Ive been a resident for 4 years and i hope Jonathan remains there to provide Great Customer Service.

I’m recently move in, and I can’t stop to love this place, it’s very peaceful and clean, the common areas are amazing but the better one is the pool, the gym it’s good equipped, it’s so quiet, highly recommended.

I’ve called Windsor Shepherd home and I absolutely loved living at this apt complex. It’s convenient to highways, shopping and walking distance to fun activities! Most of all, seeing the friendly faces in the office, especially Jonathan!. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure my questions got answered and my time at Windsor Shepherd was nothing less than great! All of the staff on property were great! It was a great place to live, the amenities were always clean! Also, the property is quiet! Highly recommend! 100/100.

Since my time living at Windsor shepherd Jonathan has always been very helpful. He always knew the answers to my questions and if for some reason he didn’t know he would immediately find out. He is very proactive in his day to day work and always has a smile on his face.

The Windsor has made apartment living a breeze. The staff here is very helpful when you have a maintenance issue or even have a simple question about a rent related issue. The office staff learns who you are first and then finds the best solution for you that involves these wonderful apartments. Nothing goes down here for more than a few hours max. I mean that in the constant flow of the elevator or the parking garage. It just feels like home. Thank you Windsor.

May I start with Shepherd Apartments are the best I’ve been looking for a nice apartment for me and my mother who’s aging and this was the best place that I found the amenities! are amazing and shout out to the one staff member that actually cared about us, Jonathan k! so amazing and walked us through everything that we needed to do, and really put a great empathetic approach on everything!
