okay people so I moved into these apt. in july of 2009, thats when the mang. changed. I have had no problems since I have been living here. Its pretty much quite, every once in a while there will be some loud noise but hell where can u go and its quite all the ----in time. The one thing I love about this place is people keep their kids quite and they do not letthem just run around and bother others, its great! the parking isnt bad, and they pay for cable. I dunno im a college student and its right in the middle of everything and I love it. But i will say this read read read the lease and come and look at the place. No matter where u want to go and stay read the lease and look at the pllace. I talked to the people who where going to be my neighbors (before I signed anything). I think ull love it here. k

Been living here since 97 and I will say I have seen this place make a huge turn around! I would like to thank the managment company for FINALLY hiring someone worth it! That actually cares and has compassion for people and where they live, never had I or any of my neigbors that have been here for a while been treated so well, I had a couple of stuff wrong with my apartment that really had been laging on and on and I would preach my story over and over to the new manager each time and of course they would shrug me off and it would never get taken care of, well finally the new improved managment in the office made time for me walked in my apartment and discussed with me the things that needed to be fix! I was really happy with just that gesture ..it had been so long..after about a day or so id say maintenance was back to my apartment which i had hard time with them doing stuff too, but they seem to be different, they fixed everything and moral of the story is I am happy, happy that I know that all i have to do is march down to that office and let them know whats going on and they will take care of me. So thanks to managment for finally getting someone here for us!! Heck I never wanted to go in that office before but sometimes I may even just stop by just to say hi to em..now thats a place to live

I am giving my 30 days notice at the beginning of November. I have been living here for about 3 years and I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks and I would say pretty nice place to live, we bought a house now

Just wanted to say that my husband and I loved living at the Fountainview Lodge, we are newlyweds, even tho we only lived here a short time we did enjoy our stay. The only reason we moved is because we saved for our first home. The staff especially are very helpful and always nice.

Just moved out of my apartment at fountainview had been living here for about 5 years now and really have seen major changes in the place since i first had moved in a while back, change in management this time sure did make a difference, and maitenance staff has changed as well for the better everything was taken care of as i asked very very different than before. id agree with the bad comments but like 5 years ago, as for now i can agree with some of the good comments fountainview lodge has surely come up since i first moved in. I will say i did here my neigbors from time to time and that was annoying but other than that id say i was pretty happy. I am moving because I lost my job and just need to move with family until i get back on my feet. the office really did work with me during this tough time in my life, i am happy that there are still good people in this world. i'd rate the place as big change gone good.
