Mailboxes have been broken into pipes are busted and people have complained but nothing has been done we are unable to trust management. Unreliable staff. The leak in the ceiling has been their for three weeks and continues to get worst and when we report the conditions to the apartment staff they do not care and nothing gets done. We do not feel safe in these living conditions

NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!!! I feel treated unfair how they turned my case against me and made me to owe them after my apartment was flooded 3 times in 1.5 year. But the last flood in 2020 cost me: laundry of towels i had to KEEP PUTING ON THE FLOODED FLOOR, rugs clean (super expensive!), PLUS they left all that see pictures in my bedroom for weeks I could not use bedroom and when i did move out they made me owe them for NOT CLEAN apartment full of feces from flood . Anyway. It takes me to go to Downtown court for help...GOOD LUCK TO DEAL WITH THEM

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE OWNER (HUSBAND FROM PAKISTAN AND WIFE FROM CHINA) BOTH ARE MONEY HUNGER. NOT ONLY THEY INCREASED THE RENEWAL LEASE TO $100.00, THEY ALSO SHORTEN THE TERM TO 6 MONTHS ( WAS 12 MONTHS). THEY WILL INCREASE ANOTHER $100.00 IF YOU DECIDE TO SIGN ANOTHER 6 MONTHS TERM. WHAT A RIP OFF !

Awful, horrible, rude, law breaking office employees. They do what they want how they want when they want. They don't care about residents needs or rights. Do not live here. Keep looking for another place. You'll regret living I guarantee it. I'm not writing this review out of anger. It's simply the sad unbelievable truth.

I've lived here for a year and overall it's a great place to live. The front staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The rent price is very low compared to the places around here. The building in an older building, but it still is a nice place to live. In the time I've been here I've seen ONE roach. Not two or three ONE. Some one did have his car stolen from the front parking lot, but they provide a gated and covered back parking area that could have prevented that. I can't complain for the price. Can't complain either way. It's not SUPER nice, but it's an apartment. The ONLY reason I'm moving is because I want to be closer to work.

I live in Phase II on Fairdale Lane. You should know that these apartments are old and things break often. Maintenence reponds in a timely manner but the parts they use are cheap and don't last so you end up calling for the same problem over and over again. My air conditioning has broken 4 times in a 6 month period. Not good for someone who lives on the 2nd floor in Houston, Texas. This time it's been broken for the past week. Sucks. I don't use the dishwasher because the water runs brown sometimes. The sewer backs up and the toilets won't flush at times. I'm hoping to pay a reletting fee and break my lease. I need to feel comfortable in my home and it's hard to feel secure when so many things go wrong.

This place is very quiet with a lot of single, restaurant industry type people living here. I was hesitant to move to this area because there seemed to be a lot of shady apartment complexes near by. This place is probably the best and most quiet complex I have ever lived in. It is not your newer complex by any means. Texas weather and ground shiftings have definitly taken a toll on the walls and structure of the apartments. Heavy rains have caused leaks throughout the complex but management and maintenance usually are on top of getting things fixed. Donna and Aida are really friendly in the office and seem to be real empathetic with people in general unlike some complexes where management treats you like a business transaction. Unfortunately the owners seem to be very money oriented, cheap and not cocnerned with the residents. The laundry room is small and sometimes have out of order machines that are older. There is only one large dumpster in the back Of the complex to put your garbage. The prices are the cheapest in the area, especially for the size of the units which are large r. Overall this is a really good small quiet place to live in for a great price.
