Over all it is a great experience. There are several residents that leave cigarette butts &/or beer bottle caps out on the walk ways however. I do now know who, just that I often see the evidence of their trash not being thrown away. Also, the complex is not secure in that the boarder fince along the side that backs up to restaurants has not been rebuilt & it seems that the back walkthrough gate is always propped open; anyone can come & go anytime. I enjoy that it's mostly a very quiet complex & that the staff is reasonable & friendly & maintenance is always spot on.

The rent is reasonable office staff is friendly and they work hard in making this a great community. I enjoy the quiet living environment. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. Nice place to live.

We need parking and valet trash. The parking needs to repaved. The apartments need new appliances. My dishwasher falls out when u open it. The inside shelf on fridge fall off when u open the top or bottom. My cabinets are different 1s piece together. There is hugh hole under the sink in the kitchen. My carpet needs replacing not cleaning. I am ashamed to invite anyone due to roaches.

A pretty good place to live been here for over 6 years. Affordable rent and valuable considering the area. Office employees are great good service. This place is nice good trail nearby and good schooling and commercial areas.

Overall I'm happy and having a good experience. Nice, quiet and safe community. Chavonne is super nice and very responsive. Older complex but apartments are well kept on the inside. No complaints from me!
