Awesome place to live. I lived here for 3 years and if I didn't have to make a change in cities in Texas I would've stayed a loyal resident of memorial apartments. Office manager is a very wonderful lady, she makes everything happen. She is very understanding and knows how to put the resident first. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. My kids loved it here. If I ever move back to Houston I will definitely come back because of the lovely community, awesome staff, hardworking maintenance crew, and affordable prices. Thanks for everything. I will miss it here.

I have been here for almost 2 years and find that management is very helpful. Chavonne goes above and beyond for the residents here, and is always willing to listen to anyone who may have a concern. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests.

Love it here. Chavonne and maintenance is super cool. The community needs paint but it feels like home. Work orders are completed fast and the a/c blows cold. It's close to work and I can just roll our of bed.

I love the neighborhood that I live in, however the property owner needs to fix the apartments up, and listen to the residents on making necessary changes. The entire parking area needs to be paved from the front to the back so that people are not tearing up their cars when they hit the potholes.

Good, quite and friendly community. Next to elementary school and close to middle and high schools. Many restaurants, near Katy fwy, Memorial Drive, Dairy Ashford and Eldridge. Reasonable price for the area.

Very family oriented community and pet friendly. I enjoy the well maintained lawn, views of nature, and the location of the apartments. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment.

Very wonderful staff, polite and extremely helpful with any questions or issues. Having space for my own washer and dryer is extremely convenient. Even with everything going on it has been a painless move in process.

First repave the whole complex. Second fix or replace the rain gutters. third fence in the east side property. Forth, Rebuild the mailbox. Stop holding our mail hostage! Fifth, upgrade to energy efficient windows. Finally Chavonne is the best and her staff does a great job handling our individual needs! Keep up the good work!

I would say my experience has been over all good I like the neighborhood and love that the parks and grocery stores are so close and the staff and maintenance really keep me here to they are so welcoming and sweet even after all this time of us living here they still remain helpful and nice
