I don't like not being able to go to my mail box when ever i need to, I don't like the dirty laundry room, I don't like the pot holes every where in parking lot! I don't like dogs not on lease and they don't pick up after them! I am very happy about the new management its refreshing!

A quaint with quality service from all staff and very homey vibe for the past 2 years as a resident. Its in a wonderful neighborhood with predominantly quiet neighbors. Never an issue with parking, which means a lot to me.

Love the location and I have not had issues, but1,last weekend in almost 9 years. The usually respond in a fashionable manner. The parking lot and the exterior are atrocious and need repairs immediately. Would love some updates on the inside of the unit,being there are increasing rental rates throughout my residency.

I pretty much stay to myself. But if ever I need maintenance or any management questions or concerns they are quick and efficient with responses. The few neighbors I have met are nice and sweet. I love having the choice to reserve a parking spot as well.

While the community is not a newer community the staff are amazing. From the property manager Chavonne to every single member of her team. Always going above and beyond. I know it takes time to update buildings which would be a plus but it is not bad. They are fast at any repairs or issues.

So I was looking for a place to stay, first apartment. Destiny helped me the entire time and was super helpful, kind, informative, and responsive in a timely manner. The complex while it looks kinda old on the outside is quite nice on the inside. The neighbors are super nice and everything is so close by. I'm sorry if I spell your name wrong but Chavonne the manager is also amazing! Super kind and also equally helpful on my first visit to the complex. They're also being covid safe which is great as a high risk person myself. All around great. Also the price is very good for the size of apartments

I live here since 2011, due to accessibility to or work, I had attention and they solved my needs, lately it is not like that in some years, thefts, we do not have access to a mailbox, as before, bad streets, lack of repairs, security in nothing

Great experience during entire process. Friendly and professional manager! Apartment clean and well maintained. I love my new apartment!! I have space and got my pool table to fit perfectly. I still have plenty of space for day to day living.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is nice and professional. They helped me when I first moved in and when finding me a bigger space. I am very satisfied and will continue to live here as long as I can.
