Let me start by saying the office and maintenance staff is great and very professional. Very nice people. My personal experience has been ok. Unsupervised children at play can be extremely dangerous just because its a small parking lot and sometimes they play within cars and come out of nowhere. I understand that is all about parenting, but there should be notices to make parents do something about it! Although its not the properties responsibility. Trash around here is RIDICULOUS! No trash bins for days is disgusting! My biggest problem around here is pest control! Wow. It is outrageous!!! It doesn't matter how clean you are Roach infestations are disgusting!!! And I mean everywhere!!!! I have lived in apartments for a very long time and never seen it this bad. It's so bad its embarrassing to have guest over just because these things come out of nowhere...it has came to a point that I am ready to move elsewhere!!! There seems to be some disturbances from time to time. A big issue too is occasionally water gets turned off. It's so inconvenient especially when you come home from work and you want to relax! Very frustrating. There are raccoons in the trash at night. Parking spots are crazy around here. Sometimes you have to park in another section far from your building. There should be assigned parking spots. If you are paying rent you should get one! If you need additional spots I agree with an additional fee. I would recommend but first alot of issues have to be resolved!! The apartments in itself are nice, but really need improvements all around.

1. Drug dealers EVERYWHERE! 2. Pest control driving me crazy! I live in a bug nest 3. Noisy people and cars EVERY night 4. Staff SUCKS! Have to keep reminding them to fix something 20 times before actually doing it 5. They accept people with HORRIBLE backgrounds 6. No where near safe here. 7. Kids are very noisy and breaking windows I honestly would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.

Love, love, love the office staff! They are very compassionate, they really treat you like your human. They are genuine and caring. Mariana is the best! The property is clean, and very quite. I highly recommend these apartments over any others in the area. The people are awesome!

IF ANYONE HAS GAVE THESE APARTMENTS A GOOD REVIEW IT HAS TO BE THE OFFICE STAFF DOING THIS THEMSELVES I LIVED IN THIS APARTMENT FROM 2012-2014 AND REGRET EVERYDAY BUT SOMETIMES YOUR HAVE TO LIVE IN POOR CONDITION JUST BECAUSE THATS WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD AT THE TIME THIS MGMT IS LAZY AND RUDE THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER WATER IS OFF EVERY OTHER DAY PEOPLE BREAK IN CARS ALL TIME LOUD MUSIC KIDS RUN THRU PARKING LOT INTO ON COMING CARS AND IF YOU GAVE A DEPOSIT MIGHT AS WELL WRITE IT OFF BECAUSE 10 TIMES OF 10 THEY WOULD FIND A WAY TO KEEP NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. ALSO YOUR RENT JUMP HIGH EVERY YEAR LAST YEAR I RENEW IT JUMPED $75 BUCKS AND I STILL HAD TO PAY $20 FOR THE PARKING SPOT OR HAVE TO PARK FAR FROM MY APARTMENT IF YOU IGNORE THIS REVIEW AND MOVE IN JUST THINK I TOLD YOU SO I JUST WANT TO GIVE ANYONE A HEADS UP THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS TAMEKA,THE ASST MGR IS MARIANA, AND A CLERK IS NICKI. Very clean and super maintained. No problems so far. Management is caring and supportive . You see that they puts a lot of TLC here. Change of staff/ owners makes a difference.
