Flint 290 is not the apartments you want to move to they cane during the snow storm and took my carpet up due to water damage and that was febuary and still today June 14 we don’t have any carpet they came and took out all of the cabinets and and water source is not usable in my kitchen in my apartment the office is very unprofessional very RUDE I don’t not think anyone should stay here they have mold all around the apartment complex. THE TRASH IS ALWAYS OVER FILED AND ALL OF THE ---- WE PAY FOR HERE WE CAN PAY FOR A LUXURY APARTMENT ????????????

This place has been the worst place I lived in my life. From day 1 there have been problems. Currently I'm listening to the maintenance people gag trying to clean my previous neighbors apartment. Both my car and my wife's car were hit withing 2 weeks in the parking lot. They have more tenants than parking space and its look no one cares as they play number cars in the parking lot For 8 months I had to deal with all the noise, fighting and smells coming from that apartment. The smell was awful. It leaked into our vents and made my bathroom and bedroom smell. I had to wash everything almost every 2 days since the smell was so bad. It was the stench of death. Between the smell of chain smoking and the poor guy who had diabetes who's flesh was rotting or the ---- one guy one pull from the dumpster daily, it smelled like death. This probably caused all the roaches to appear in our building. It is a daily fight. There are a ton of other things to mention like the orgy of cats that make noise all night but nothing was a bad as my neighbors. It cant tell if the complex is as bad as my experience but it seems like it's the case. My wife basically has panic attacks weekly. We feared for our lives living above them. They are gone as of today but this place esscense remains a ------ one.

Gloria and Laredo are amazing and help whenever it is necessary! Jose and the maintenance staff are prompt and professional! I LOVE ALL THE STAFF! The complex is close to 290 which works for me and all my needs. It is a little place of serenity nestled in the hustle and bustle of the city.

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The neighborhood is not safe, police always at the complex. Maintenance is not great i received an unfinished apartment. There is a lot of roaches and bugs. The staff is unhelpful since I moved in the staff has changed three times, they never last. Sandra the assistant manager is useless, and never has any answers. They always promise call backs but never keep their word. I moved out 2 months ago and they have yet to give me my deposit back.

In the beginning, I actually was okay with the place. It got worst after that. Our rent is a good deal, but now after few months we are being charged for extra BS! Ever since the fire that happened at the complex, they charge for every little thing WHICH IS NOT IN THE CONTRACT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR. THE CONTRACT AGREE TO THAT PRICE AND SHOULD STAY AT THAT PRICE! Since the day we moved in, we had problems. I called and ask them please to come get it fixed THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED IT! We've been to the apartment's office a few time and they little sit there talking, laughing, on the phone, or something! It is better than the last complex I was at, but not by much! The gym is crap! The pool has trash every where. The parking is horrible. Dog ---- everywhere. I use to work in an Apartment complex, The Retreat. It's much bigger but we get everything under control. Well, try our best. Savoy Manor is smaller and can't get 1 thing done! DO NOT LIVE HERE! NOT WORTH IT!

Nice Apartments as far as they're quiet and the neighbors are nice. But as far as billing for rent and the office staff goes THEY ARE THE MOST RUDE AND HAS THE WORST HOSPITALITY EVER! THEY ARE NOSEY AND ASK DEEP PERSONAL QUESTIONS! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR UTILITIES! EACH MONTH THE EXTRA UTILITIES WILL RANGE ABOUT $50 EXTRA BUCKS BUT AFTER THEY TAX THE CRAP OUT OF YOU YOU'LL BE PAYING $1000 - $2000 MORE PLUS YOUR RENT! AFTER THE STRESS ON THAT WHEN YOU WALK IN THE OFFICE TO ASK THEM TO SHOW PROOF OF THE CHARGES, THEY HAVE NONE! OR MYSTERIOUSLY THE COMPUTER IS DOWN! THEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU CAN'T AFFORD THAT ONLY THE RENT AND THE FEES OWED THEY'LL THREATEN EVICTION!! I HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION!!!! BY THE WAY THEY'RE GOING TO PACIFY THIS COMMENT WITH NICE WORDS DON'T BELIEVE THEY'RE THAT NICE!! THEY'RE NOT!! EVERYONE WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE LIVES ON PROPERTY AND THEY'RE FAMILIES EVEN THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE LIVE ON PROPERTY!!! IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FIXED THEY WON'T COME FOR A LONG TIME! EVEN AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES THEY'LL NEVER SHOW AND THEY LIVE ON PROPERTY!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Worst.place.ever. I only lived here out of convenience of location and it's too good to be true price. Parking was always a hassle, always had to park on the opposite side of the complex because no one seemed to ever move from their spot. If you ask for maintenance assistance, be prepared for them to just cover up the problem and not actually solving anything. I reported some mold growing on the ceiling of my kid's room, and they just painted over it! Honestly, I've had better help from a Wal-Mart associate than from management here at Savoy Manor, so just let that sink in. I've never been more financially raped since living at these horrid apartments, it's been 2 months since I left and I still haven't received any of my deposit(left the place in better shape than when I moved in) and we even overpaid on our last month's rent and have yet to have the useless manager resolve it. I couldn't be happier to finally be out of the worst place I've ever had to stay in. If only I could rate this zero stars...

I can't honestly say this is a good place to live. I'd be lying. Management is instable, safety concerns are never addressed, dishonesty of rent rates, rent goes up 11+% when renewing a lease, parking is Terrible, crackheads live in the vacant run down building 1000ft from apartments and case out the place, they break into cars along with the wanna be gangster kids living in the apartments. There have been random discharging of firearms in the middle of the night. I've had my car broken into twice. Neighbors have had they're vehicles broken into. One neighbor was carjacked at gunpoint in broad daylight. All around not a situation anyone should be living in. I hope this helps someone out there about to make the biggest mistake of they're life signing a contract at Savoy Manor apartments slum living.

Well, Where should I start this review? I got mix feeling towards this place, indeed it is located in a quite neighborhood, most folks live here are friendly and honest working folks. I guess due to its secluded location, this place tend to be a hot spot for violent crimes, there has been few incidents on the property that involved car jacking, armed robbery and randomly discharge of firearm, gladly no one got hurt yet, but unless this place start to kicking out those teenage wannabe gang banger, I suppose the tenants still would have to live under the fear and the possibility to become the victim of such crimes

Great community. I like my neighbors and the way we are treated around here. Feels like home.
