I have lived at Savoy going on 3 years and they asked me to come on here to tell about my experience. I love it here. Very quiet, peaceful and clean. The office is always helpful. The property is clean. They are upgrading alot of the property. I love the new dog park.

I have moved around quite a bit and over the 15 plus years that I rented apartments, never once have I ever had issues with rats! I let the office know and they were very unhelpful! Also, never had bed bugs till I came here! Worst ever! Appearance looks nice, but you have to live there to know what it is really like! Will never recommend Savoy Manor!

The apartment is a quiet haven. Maintenance is excellent, and the apartment areas are kept clean. Under going renovation which will make the apartments look great

I LIKE THESE APT I NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS THEY FIXED EVERYTHING THAT WENT WRONG WAS NOT THAT MUCH PROBLEMS WITH THE APT LOW CRIME RATE QUIET SAFE FOR A FAMILY

These apt. really are the worst i ever lived at and i bet one of the worse I Houston. I will never recommend anyone here.Parking sucks when all the cars are really close next to each other. ---- and ------ are no help as all. Since i moved in every month my actual rent/water bill has slowly been going up. The first month i paid $805. 3 months later my bill is $891. Like Wtf. I feel I'm being ripped off here. My bill shows there is an extra charge for water because of some issue that happened here in Aug.(I moved in on Oct) Now i go to the front office and ask about this and I'm told by ------- ----- that everyone has to pay this. That it is something coming from the city. Now i wanna know why i have to pay for something i didn't use our as that not even living here at that time. There's two dumpsters full of trash which been there for art least 1 month just taking up parking space. Guardian construction had been workking here and have been very careless. I'm glad Osha Has them under investigation. They were dropping trash from up the roof not looking to see if anyone is walking by. They were sweeping trash off the roof onto cars. They were all illegals working!! Maintenance is the worse. There's a ------- as a maintenance and cannot even understand him at all. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE PIECE OF APTS. Rent is high and these are not luxury apts. They are pieces of ----.

I wrote a review as a response to one of the reviews. I moved in June 2013 and quickly found out there was a roach problem. That was't a big concern to me and my husband, as we usually keep the apartment pretty clean. However it is annoying that we have to take the trash out every night to avoid having roaches Especially since there is a family of huge raccoons that come out at night to feast in the dumpster. It's scary to get in our cars at night cause the raccoons Will just be creepin under your car. There are also 20 different stray cats near the dumpster at all times. They use the sandbox as a giant litterbox, it just reaks of cat pee. I'm never had a problem with maintenance until my a/c started leaking it leaked for 2 weeks until maintenance decided to install a new a/c and a few months later i saw mold on my a/c vent where it was leaking and the maintenance men both told me it was dust and even the lady in the office was like "oh its pprobably just dust" they have no care for you or your family. I cannot wait to move. Especially now since i saw a mouse in my living room. I am fed up with the problems going on here.

I was a previous resident and moved out April 2013. I must say in the 2 years I stayed here the property was very quiet. Maintenance always completed work orders within 1-2 days if not an emergency. The community was very quiet and hate I had to move due to job transfer I would definitely move back! People in the office were helpful and I would refer anyone to check them out.

These apts were ok in 09, but have gotten worse every yr. First of all, they raise the rent every time you renew your lease. There is always people either blazing there music or domestic disturbances in the middle of the night.The office people suck!!!! ------ is rude and they never get anything done when you need it. The worst of all..... these apts are infested with roaches, rats, and gnats!!!! I am the cleanest person I know and I have so many roaches and a mouse was in here once.

Apartment complex use to be very good until management started getting changed every 6 months. Now with Ashley being the manager and her assistant it has gone to the dogs. Just about anyone can move in to the appartments. It use to be that they did a background check and credit check. Now this place is infestead --------- and African americans, and I m -------- with a african american wife. Come on now!!! Maintenance does not or come till the next day after 1 pm and when they do come in to your appartment unit is without your consent and with out and order. If you call and complain o h no they don t know any thing about it and are not helpful at all. Shame this place was ok at one point.

Great office team and great maintance service. Nice small tucked and hidden away property. Have lived here a little over a year and I am happy with the staff all workorders get compeated withing 24 hrs. Have access to pay rent on line and check work orders status on line. which is very convenient. swimming phool is nice and clean stays open at all time. Over all I am happy here and I recommened this place if your looking for peace and quite.
