I wouldnt recommend anyone to move here I have only been here two months and Im ready to move. The maintenance sucks, the hot water is constantly off and to top it all its so many illegal immigrants living here. The management sucks they never know anything, just dont ----n do it.

This complex is short of a housing project gone bad. It is full of -------- who blare that horrible tejano music. Tons of illegal central americans, and Africans. I stayed here when I first came to Houston...didn't last a month. Packed my stuff and left the end of the month. The grounds are horrible. The laundry facility is so run down and duty, it defeats the purpose. Always when to the local laundromat. Parking is bad at night. All these people don't care since from whenever they come from was worse. There are apartments on Westheimer that are much better for a couple dollars more. Stay clear from this place unless you have no other choice, but you do. Houston is full of options.

Car break-ins. There are constantly people up all night sitting on their patios watching. Loud music and arguments can be heard outside anytime of the day. Management is bad about letting you know if you have packages waiting. Someone was actually murdered at these apartments.

I know of atleast 4 people whose cars got broken into within two months and this problem continued for my duration at this place. The management said they hired policemen to patrol the complex but that would have been more effective if the gates worked. There was atleast one broken gate at any given time. The intercom didn´t work the entire time I was there so I had to give the gate code to anyone coming over, on the off chance that all gates were actually closed. It would also take multiple calls over days and days to the leasing office to get anything fixed. Once my AC wasn´t working so the maintenance man came and fixed it by disconnecting the heat cause of some missing part. He was to come back the next day with the part but didn´t. It was cold a few days later so I had to call and remind them that the maintenance guy was supposed to have come back and fixed it. This time he came and fixed the heat but disconnected the AC. Then I had to call a 3rd time when I needed to use the AC and insist that I have both heat and AC in the house. <br>The area is not the best but the management could have done more to make it safer.
