If you want to get robbed during day time this apartment is meant for you, it's full of drug dealers, prostitutes and crack heads. I once saw someone having sex in one of the hallways of the apartment complex. I can't imagine living here AGAIN.

My main complaint about this complex is the parking. It is horrible to live in a place with no where to park. They sell their parking lots and making business from it. It is a lot of peoples having too many cars in one apartment. These peoples are the one who buy the parking lot since they are stacked at 5 or plus in one apartment and save money on rent. If you get off from work late in the night, you will never find a parking lot. Unless you are willing to pay additional $50 every month for your parking lot, never try to move there. They don't do anything to solve the parking problem since they are making business from it.

Coral Club are the worst apartments ever to live in. The office staff does not speak good english and they cater to the ---------. They are very racist. I thought when they come and inspect your apartments they are suppose to give you notice. Well not with them. They came into my house yesterday and left the door open and someone came into my place and took some of our things. When I called and reported this to them they denied it and said it was not them and acted as they did not care what happened. The new manager just started I think not even a month ago and she is dumb as bricks and does not know what she is doing. The old manager was a thief and stole money but still lives on property. Our neighbors sell drugs and we have told them many times about them but the office never does anything. When it rains it comes into our bathroom window and we have told them many times and plus there is mold in each apartment and they do not care to fix anything. Please do not tell anyone to move here. The parking is horrible. Sometimes we have to park on the streets and when we do there are thieves everywhere who tamper with your car. I even had someone to steal the emblem off of my car. There is no respect for anyone unless you are an illegal immigrant and even then they will treat you like crap because they know you cannot go anywhere else. Worst place ever. I give them no stars.

Nice place during my stay. Manager help me transfer to different apartment after I lose my second job. Maintence service fast and the pool was really nice during summer months. i would rent there again if it were close to my job.

these apartments are the worst ever, they will get work orders done but they can be rude about the situation, for the past 6 months water will be coming out of the restroom toilet and the best they can do is take hours after hours to come help the situation parking is horrible and they began to reserve parking space so at the same time you will have to park so far away or even across the street is very expensive for the type of apartments. to top it off the manager will tell us we can leave if we wanted to harm done but at the same time that's just not rite do not choose to leave here you will regret it. one time the managers party crash into my vehicle and the people in that accident laugh at us and told us to call the cops and that they will not do anything because is a private location really horrible location I cannot just get up and move my kids in a heart beat is just bad

I am very happy in living in this place they always get mu work orders done on time staff very nice with me i will recommend anyone to live here.

I really hope that everyone reading this review truly takes my words seriously. I would not ever in life refer anyone to this property. The management is terrible and they barely speak english. They have lots of bedbugs, leaks, roaches, ants, and other insects. I just moved from here and it was the worst year of my life. My kids got ate up by bedbugs and management will not spray anything that works. I will end with even if your desperate do not move here. something else will come up for you. I lost all of my belongings due to this property and they for sure will not re emburse. Be prepared to live with lots of cats, on your car, porch, everywhere.

i love the management she is always caring for our needs and maintenance is wonderful anytime i place a work order the front office will call me to confirmed if my problem was solve.this is my home :)

They falsify documents and make lies that benefit them. They refuse your rent even when paid in full and on time in order form them to claim it was late so they can reasons for eviction. The maintenance do not come when they are asked (if they come at all). Many Illegals living in the apartments and the management caters to them. Out of all the places Ive lived never experienced something this bad.

I have lived here for three years now and I have not had problems with my apartment. The place has been cleaned up ever since the new manager arrived two years ago. She makes sure that all your apartment problems are fixed with-in 24 hours, if any emergencies occur she takes care of it.
