I have been living here for over 3 years, from Phase I to Phase II. I have delt with the creation of a better place to live since moving in here. When my family moved in, we were pleased with the apartment, and anytime we needed something fixed, depending on the priority, it was fixed. If the problem had not been fixed by a certain time period, and I had to call, the issue was addressed immediately. Over the past 3 years, the quality of living has increased from Satisfactory to Great Immprovement. Living here isn't perfect, there are problems like roaches if you don't keep it clean, but we can always be put on the list for Pest Control, when requested. Management has gone through an overhaul, and the people that have been hired are more friendly, and demand respect, at the same time, respect those who respect them. This is an apartment complex, not the Ritz Carlton downtown, there will always be someone moving in that isn't respectful to the apartments, and they are evicted as fast as they come in. I have had to pay fees once when I was late for rent, and expected what I had to pay because I DISCUSSED it beforehand. I plan on staying here, even though they are raising the rent, but they raise it because they don't want the scum, and I appreciate this, considering I have 4 kids. Phase II is more quiet since they started "Cleaning house" to those who are causing problems, and not paying rent. I enjoy going to the pool, it's quiet and constantly visited by the pool monitor for safety of the residents. I am not an employee, just a happy resident!! Most people on here want to make this place out as a bad place to live, it's an apartment complex...NOT THE RITZ! If I wanted somewhere where they catered to my every need...I'd move to a higher priced place!!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I moved from there in Oct. of 2012. We lived in phase II where they put the larger families. We found 2 crack needles in bushes. My 10 yr old son found a baggie of pills. There was a killing in Phase 1. There was a drug bust in Phase 2. On top of the constant police activity there is a MASSIVE roach infestation!!! This is a horrible place to live. Our apartment was broken into. The maintenance men stay in one of the units and stays drunk outside playing their music loud and partying right by the pool in phase 2. Several time I caught him staring at the teenage girls in the complex. This place is HORRIBLE. The new managment by the way is horrible as well!!!! They are absolutely no help. They try to put fees on your bills whenever possible. Most people that live here are lowered income and they treat them like garbage. If I could give them all no Stars I would. Horrible- nightmare of a place.

These are the worst apartments in houston tx my lease is up in april and I am leaving I haven't stayed in my apartment in a month. I have mold growing out my air ducts, my carpet is so old and dirty it smells and I asked them if they would clean it and they said I had too but when I signed my lease again it stated that I could get my carpet cleaned and fresh paint i got neither. Timberwalk accepts all residents even if you have a criminal background I see drug transactions in broad daylight. At night time be ready to hear occasional gun fire. The building behind me is inhabited with hundreds of bats that come out ever night. The bats were in the building beside me and my neighbor had a petition for residents to sign because the office said it was ok because the bats ate the insects. I could smell the bat feces from my apsrtment they eventually sealed the hole but now the bats have just moved to thr building behind me. The garbage is always full stray cats wonder around every where not to mention the raccoons and possums. You have to pay for trash and water but people from ever where dump there trash in the dumpster so you are paying for everyone to dumb the trash even the security who you never see bring a truck load of trash to dumb. Please dont move in these apartments they are horrible.

This place is a piece of ----, the management sucks and is VERY rude...roaches are horrible and there is garbage everywhere, unless u are -------- I wouldn't recommend it because they seem to favor the -------- race.....RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...breaking my lease next week just to get out and only been here about 4 months....

RUUUNNNNNN FOOORR yYOUUR LIFFEEEE!!!NOONOOONOOO...okay listen...where do i start??Oh yea...ROOOOAACCHHESSS !!!!EWWWWWWWWW...theyare everywhere in the cracks and dishwasher in cabinets..everywhere...and i didnt bring them with me..funny thing is i read reviews on this same site befre movng here but still trying to give it a chance...never again. ..please dnt move here..i regret being locked into a year lease
