THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE 77084 ZIP CODE, I AM POSSIBLY BEING CHARGED FOR BROKEN BLINDS THAT WERE FALLING APART SINCE DAY ONE. THE PROFESSIONALISM AND PROBLEMS THAT COME WITH MOVING HERE ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I WAS MOVED IN POLITELY, HOWEVER, AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF MOVE IN YOU BECOME A BOTTOM FEEDER TO THEM. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING PROMISES OF ITEMS BEING FIXED THAT WERE NEVER TAKEN CARE OF. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON. THE WORST OF THE WORST. I DO NOT THINK IT IS OKAY FOR MANAGEMENT TO BE OKAY WITH A RENTER WHO NOT GIVEN THEIR PRIVACY BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO FIX AND ISSUE THAT WAS ON THEIR PART IN THE FIRST PLACE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAKE UP TO SEEING STRAIGHT OUTSIDE AND SOMEONE COULD BE WATCHING ME IN ANYTHING THAT I AM WEARING. I WILL NOT TOLERATE THE DISRESPECT ANY LONGER.

Very horrible apartment, a lot of roaches and manager so rude , she is not a professional. I am not recommend.

Let me just tell you, my first time renting an apartment, this place was the worst decision of my life. Not only is there a roach infestation, it's harmful to your health to even live here in the first place. Management is unprofessional, slow or unresponsive. They never answer the phone when needed. ONLY call you when they need your money's worth. Everything in my apartment looks cheaply done; the wall are overly painted with time, the bathroom looks cheaply done, everything is rusted, the drains are always clogged no matter what, doors don't shut properly. My apartment has been invaded by the apartment faculty without my permission countless times, which is rude. The apartment outside complex is discusting, the parking lot smells and littering everywhere. My car has also been towed COUNTLESS times, not to mention I reported it to the office and simply showed that it is none of their concern. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Even the little things that the apartment complex should pay, NOT residents. They are such GREAT faculty. Residents are rude, it's unsafe at night to even leave or come back to the apartment. Gates are poorly fixed, where does our rent money go? Isn't it suppose to improve our living experience? OR is it just simply given to unprofessional management that just sit on their ---? Probably so. I've been living here for half a year now and can't wait to leave and find a better place to spend my money's worth, obviously not here.

READ PLEASE. I have been living here for about 3 months and I regret ever signing a lease with them. Where do I start, they have been inside my apartment about 3 times without my consent, that is very disrespectful and doesn't make me feel safe. The gates are broken and anyone can easily come into the apartment complex, that was a big con on my part. Oh yeah, have I told you about he cockroaches... Yes, they are everywhere. It's disgusting! I am a very clean person always cleaning constantly, but they still somehow manage to appear suddenly, I have tried everything. I live with my boyfriend and as a women I do not feel at all save here, especially at night time. I'm always watching around me and rushing to get in. The people who live around here don't come off as pleasant. Also their are about 4 18-wheelers parked on my street and this isn't the only street I'm mentioning, they take up most parking and it's very annoying coming home from work and seeing these big trucks taking up parking space sometimes it's the little things matter most. One last thing, the trash, people liter like crazy, I defiantly won't be here for more than a year. Please take into consideration these facts, like you, I read bad comments and brushed it off as if people were just exaggerating. But now I know I was wrong and should have thought twice before signing with them especially being my first apartment.

If you are a gang member,a dirty person, a roach lover, an 18 wheeler driver or simply you just don't care about your health and safetynes then this is the right place for you !!! if you wanna waste your time and loose your money come on do it, they are open for you 24/7 with all of the gates wide open and broken, if you are a roach farmer come here! They are everywhere for you to easily grab them , if you are looking for an 18 wheeler they are just like the roaches "everywhere" %90 of the street is full of them,good luck finding space to park. Please do not move here ! I made a horrible mistake of moving to this place ,everything here is fake even the people in the front office, they will treat you like a king the first days but once they get you in they will forget who you are and you soon you will become from a king to a nobody . I have a million things to say about this apartments but I'm just going to replace it with one word "negativity" . My purpose of this comment is you! For your future and for the future of this apartment complex , I really hope they will fix everything to prevent this kind of comments .

It's pretty decent for the price. I haven't had any major problems yet. My big complaint is that there is a dog in the apartment by me that won't stop barking. Also, the laundry room is bad. They should replace most of the machines since a lot of them haven't been working since I've been there. I just have to go off property. It's nice being right across from Aldi and a lot of other stores. Plus they're building a Krispy Kreme right across the street! The negative about being right off of Highway 6 is that there can be a lot of traffic.The apartments are a little run down and sketchy, but the inside of them is pretty nice.

From beginning to end it was a horrible experience. When I started the lease I noted that there were holes in the windows about the size of BBs and large holes in the kitchen cabinet walls. The solution that they came up with before I moved in was to use plaster on the windows and leave the holes. During my lease, roaches were a consistent problem despite how clean I kept the apartment - they even took residence inside the appliances. It was treated several times but the 'exterminator' simply filled a five gallon jug with kitchen sink water and sprayed down the walls. A bat also took to living inside the bedroom wall - coming in from a hole in the exterior just below the roof. Within the year, there had been a few shootings, several break-in for both apartments and vehicles, one murder in the building behind me, and I had been robbed at gunpoint on the way to work. At the end of the lead I gave two months of notice - the following month I was told that I had given notice a few days too late and would be required to sign on for an additional month. When I informed the assistant manager that I had already begun the move out process, she pushed for me to be evicted for breaking lease by my moving out the month that the lease expired. According to her, I was abandoning the property despite having given notice and waiting until the final month. When coming to serve the eviction notice she decided to loudly and unprofessionally insult my character to her colleagues in Spanish, erroneously assuming that I and my coworker could not understand her. If you decide to rent here, make it a last reality. I know cheap and good options are few in Copperfield but this is one of the worst.

This apartment is in so many words disgusting. The staff are highly unprofessional and confrontational. We specifically asked for w/d connections & when we came to look at our apartment the day we were moving in there wasn't any and not to mention there were no kitchen cabinet doors or drawers. Mind you they had since January 31st - February 13th to have it ready. When expressing our frustration the manager stated "your not gonna tell me what to do in my office" & also threatened to kick us out of his office. So we've been living rent free for the past week waiting for our new apartment with w/d connections. When they said it was ready and I went to look there was poop in the toilet, dried pee on the side of the vanity, the apartment wasn't even cleaned and the kitchen drawers werent useable. Not to mention the manager called the cops on me because I refused to leave before I showed him everything I felt they neglected to fix. He then proceeded to say that he didn't care where I lived and that he would see to it that I get my money back. Horrible experience that has left me in a position that we don't know where to go. VERY INCONVENIENT!

IF You what to Make you life miserable Then you can stay here.. Management is worst , Because the new manager is short tempered and unprofessional Lady. There will not Listen to your problems at all and only they need is money money & money...

Needs improvement but I was recently notified the complex is under new management. I am hopeful and excited to see any new changes. One of the managers contacted me and was very kind and helpful, I am confident that there will be good changes.
