I leased a unit at Timberwalk from 7/2024 to 7/2025 and was the worst decision I’ve ever made. When I moved in the AC was broken and took three weeks to repair. When repair was completed the water leak from the unit never stopped. There are visible mold, mold odor and thousands of German roaches that can be found all over the unit at any given time and inside the fridge is no exemption. When my lease was over in July, manager confirmed that my deposit will be returned minus the cleaning fees. It’s now Dec and they have not returned it. I called and left a lot of voicemails but nobody ever responded, and in a very few times I got a hold of someone, they say corporate is the one processing the deposit return and the leasing office has nothing to do with it. They also refuse to give any corporate contact information for me to follow up. Houston health department should seriously look at this complex for health reasons.

This is the most dangerous place to live. Shootings left and right. There have been 3 murders in the last 2 years. Not safe at all. The management is very bad. They are very rude and don’t really care. They scam you out of money too. Please if you have kids be careful. Btw everything is always broken and takes weeks to fix. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here.

If I could give one star or zero I will do it. I have been at the leasing office more than 6 times in like 3 weeks because of a liquing of my a/c sistem in my restroom and my tub. Maintenance people have been there like 5 times and is still liquing making evidence of how incompetent is the Maintenance staff. But the last 2 times I reported it to the office nobody went to fix it and every time I go and report it they say they send somebody and nobody comes, been disrespectful and unprofessional. They are just on time asking for rent money.

i like this apartments because is a very quiet place to live, they have easy acces to highway 10 and 290 close to convenience stores Walmart, HEB and Pharmacies. The staff is very friendly. i strongly recommend it

Being a veteran for 10 years I see why Trump want to build a wall now because these people do not have any human being in them no respect have a woman and child over me with her boyfriend dropping weight had to call the police I gave them my notice but they wouldn't give me my money back to all the veteran do not never move here about us having shell shocked that would trigger us and these people don't give a damn about veterans they live mold infested roach infested never move here

Rodents eating through from the ceiling(I tried to cover the whole bit whatever it is starting chewing through the duck tape I used)....roaches and gnats place is terrible. Office manager isn't very resident friendly or compassionate.

There is NO RENT that is low enough to make residency here worthwhile. I moved in this apartment in February 2015. When I moved in apartment had some issues like poor drain in bath tub, roches problem, AC not working properly, probable mold near AC vent, etc. During move in management told us that they will fix all those issues. I reported total of 8 issues and and agreed to move in. After 6 month in august, 6 issues are still there. Whenever I go to management they say that because there is management change we have low number of service personals. But situation is like this since past 6 months. Because of high number of complaints from current resident they separated offices for current resident and future resident. Management had a very bad attitude and they are always rude. Common problem like completely clogged bath tub was not solved for 9 days after continuous request over phone and in person. If you are staying at this apartment and you have a problem with apartment, answers of management will make put you under stress. Very Bad apartment. Do not lease here.
