Customer Service is key to an apartment community! I am in Property Management and I have had a less than satisfactory experience in dealing with the office staff of Sharon Park Village. In trying to help a resident "get out of that place", the office staff have been more than unhelpful. They are all very rude and their attitudes did not give a positive reflection of the apartment or management community!!!

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Since my husband and I moved in just over three months ago we have had both of our vehicles broken into and our stereos stolen. We have a younger family member living in the next building and she was accosted when exiting her back door one time with a man posing as the apartment security officer. He tried to push her to gain access to her apartment. There has been several break-ins and vandalisms of our own property as well as friends and neighbors. They run a low cost special for a reason. There is no way in hell you should pay full price for these apartments. Unless your safety and that of your family are just not your top priority. Then by all means this is the place for you to reside. Otherwise I advise you keep your distance. Don't let the security at the front gate fool you either. They don't do anything but sit on the phone and eat all day and night. That's if you are lucky enough to find one manning the gate at all.

This is the worst mistake I've made in my life. I would not recommend any one not even a crack head to move hear. When i first moved in (the very first day) I had family of cats on my back pourch and I had to call the front office everyday for one month straight to get them off. There a re roaches everywere. I even bombed my house twice and they just keep on living. The dishwasher broke and backed up kitchen sink and it took them three dqys to fix it and my apartment retian the horrible funk --- water smell for a couple of weeks. The paid parking is a joke...if you have a geo or honda civic you are ok, but if you have an explore or bigger you will need two parking spots and that is $15 a pop. There are crack heads and drag queens on every corner. The -------- people play there music all damn night and day. There are people hanging on the corners all day selling there drugs and trying to offer you and the kids in the apartments some. One time there was a crazy man who was held up in a apartment and the s.w.a.t. team had to get him out (well he killed himself), but that was an all day process. I can't wait till my leases is up, I'm am going to get the hell out of dodge a.s.a.p. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HEAR!

used to live here. cheap rent, decent utility bills, worst staff. parking is horrible and the smell of piss in the hallways ultimately gives sharon park a rating of zero. the only good thing about sharon park is the utility bill. oh yeah watch out for the rats. i had like three of them.

Car broken into 2 times, security drinks on thr job,fyi the gang cholos run the hood, there are transvestite prostitutes, roaches ants and mice infestation. Very poor maintenance, in fact they brake it even more before it gets fixed.
