This is the kind of letter you can expect to get slipped under your door 5 minutes before the office closes (posted picture). Less than 24 hr notice that they are going to be re-striping the lot. I would say almost 50% of the residents living here travel for work and leave their cars parked for a few days. Any respectable, competent management would have sent this notice a few days in advance and would not have been threatening to tow. Needless to say people complained and they postponed the "project". This is just a small sample of how these people do not care!! I will give them some credit for sending a notice even if it was 5 min before the office closed because we get our water cut off for hours and get no notice like we used to with the old management...our new manager is a lady in her 30s that drinks on the job, (as I can attest to other reviews on here that said the same) So I guess u cannot expect much from that kind of person...

I love this place. I moved and when my lease was up at my previous apartment i returned. The staff is great, always smiling, and makes sure the tenants here are treated with the utmost respect. I literally go in the office everyday just to see how they are doing. The property is clean and the upgrades are perfect. I can say that i will be renewing my lease again. Moving from here was the worst mistake i ever made. Great Job Holly View!!!

I have been living at Hollyview since 2012 & have not had any issues. Anytime i have needed maintnence they were pretty good on the time to respond to the issue. The only issues i have seen is that many residents have friends & family that come to visit take up the residents parking, when clearly there is visitor parking along the fence. I understand that some folks feel since they are residents, they get special privlages, but unfortunatly thats not case. As for the staff in all my years of living here, the customer service has never been an issue. Where else will you find an affordable apartment with all these ammenities.

Let me start by saying I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The Staff in the office are amazing they will go out their way to help tenants and to assure 100% happiness. The property is very clean and well kept and the mainienance crew is very reliable. I absolutely recommend Holly view apts to make your next home.

Lived here over 3 years. Management is excellent! Very responsive to requests for maintenance and other needs. They enforce the rules, which is great for those of us who follow the rules. I have never had any issues with parking. I regularly use the gym, ALL of the equipment works great. The property is well maintained, and consistently upgraded since I've lived here. There is security on site; safety is not a problem!

I have lived here for 3, going on 4 years (since 2012) and like other comments before me, the management is HORRIBLE (since 2015 began). I miss the old manger!! when i first moved in, ratings were 89% recommended! Lets just say, with this new management all the prices and new charges for this and that have gone up, and the quality of the apartment living has gone down. I was the first to live in the newly remodeled apartments in 2012 and i paid $570 then, now my floor plan its $700, significantly higher! the deposit also went up $100. We have this new dumb gate system that never works, you always get stuck outside, you have to buy a $40 key to get into the front gate of your own apartment. They are now getting us to pay for our parking stickers (which used to come free when you signed the lease) covered parking $40 monthly when that was never the case before, they let visitors and cars park anywhere now (on fire lanes, handicap) and they do nothing about it. WHERE IS THE SECURITY?? we used to have 24/7 security walking around the premises, that's no longer the case. The pool was constantly shut down by the city, We USED to have MONTHLY apartment events that brought everyone together, now they are slacking and we probably have some cheap thing 2 times a year that no one knows about because they don't advertise it around the building. NOTHING IN THE GYM WORKS don't let the pictures fool you. The old management made sure to inform us of our water being cut off (from a set time to a set time) due to repairs with a note on our doors 2 days in advance, now our water gets cut off for who knows how long and we don't know when or why. I guess my point is that the other manager really cared!! Other than that... I LOVED what these apartments USED to be (for the area and old price these apartments were reasonable) and I referred so many people here before all this new mess.

Preferred Holly view when --------------- was apartment manager. ------- cared about his residents and made sure to go out of his way to make you happy. Now, it is lacking. New management is incompetent. There used to be a pooper scooper policy and now people freely let their dogs defecate everywhere. If you aren't careful you'll find a surprise on the bottom of your shoe. They raise the rent exponentially every year and this is not even a widely sought after area. They are raising rents like we live in the inner loop. I appreciate the upgrades but the rent rates are soaring. I suppose they are attempting to gentrify the complex, obviously. I cannot complain enough about management. Completely inaccessible for people who work long hours but need updates and communication. I used to love this place but now I am considering moving.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. This property was nice when I moved in but has really declined over the past few months. The door from the dogs that no one cleans up after is really bad. General maintenance is also lacking.

I lived here for 3 years and have seen a slow decline in maintenance and cleanliness. The staff have become less helpful as well, including not having the office open when the majority of their tenants are home (only open 9-5 M-F.) Phone calls are not returned, repair requests are ignored or delayed (had no hot water for days in the shower.) The areas around me are covered in feces from tenants' dogs and feral cats. Not recommended

Would be better if it doesn't cost 3 months of rent to buy out of a lease. Also, could have called or sent an email before debt collections. Never late on a payment before and made every effort to ensure all was paid before I left.
