These people are very money hungry. They registered my car upon me buying it I have been parking here for 2 months of me having the car and my car was towed today because they entered my car in the wrong way now I have to pay for it as well as Miss dialysis which could harm me. It is nothing but about money and at this point I am ready to sue them for the way they are really taking people money on towing when it's their mistake.

I moved here a year ago and it is bad. They tricked me into staying another lease because they said no rental increase for us. Well the new manager took over and raised our rent to 1,055 dollars a month. This is rent controlled apt complex. Many have moved but I stayed because I was insured my rent would not Increase. Liars. Do not move here! The office lies and are not nice to work with the manager should be fired. There are boarded up windows no security. No one cares they do not care about their tenants. The place is emptying out quickly. My rent went from 749 a month to 1055. That is not rent controlled. The owner does not care no one does. If they did it to me they will do it to you and the manager is useless. No one cares...

Roach issue , I have to keep calling the exterminator, bugs in the light fixture, bathroom half --- renovations the culk is lifing around the bathtub with mold and I’ve only been here since may , gunshots every day , regular power outages anywhere from 10 minutes to 7 hours , we haven’t had running water since Monday morning it’s Tuesday night , they sent an email to us to fetch pool water to flush our toilets with , I have a toddler and they could care less about the conditions , crackheads everywhere or the piss and ---- covered steps& walkways , also loose dogs , no one owns a leash , people literally throw trash and oil over the balcony , but if you’re one day late on rent they put a bright red eviction notice on your door , like this is some palace, we all were fooled into signing a lease without knowing the reality of this place please do not move here

an HONEST review from someone that ACTUALLY lives here: They rushed me to transfer into a new unit due to them doing renovations. I was told they would provide a u-haul to move my things to the new unit. I waited hours on the scheduled date to move in and no u-haul came I had to pay out of pocket to have someone help me move and spent 4hrs moving my things into the new apartment. When I signed to be transferred to the renovated apartment no one told me I would be renewing my lease for another 12 months at all. They presented as I had to move during a certain time basically like the transfer was mandatory. They did that on purpose and withheld the fact that I’d be signing another 12 month lease to secure another 12 months of my money. Now I’m forced to stay another 9 months when my original lease was supposed to end this month. When I confronted them about it they said I was told to either transfer, move out completely, or I could be bought out my lease. All lies. The lady that told me this didn’t even work there at the time so how could you possibly know what I was told. If I could’ve been bought out then I would’ve done it. No one explained any of this before the transfer. When I was transferred to the new apartment the renovations were rushed. The unit was not ready for move in. Maintenance tried walking in 3 times the first month because they were still working on the unit. Multiple outlets don’t work, the closest shelf hasn’t finished being built, the closet light doesn’t work and still hasn’t been changed, black residue all around the mirror, the toilet paper holder doesn’t close, one of the lights are crooked and loose, the shower drain barely drains the water, the floor is slightly sunken in an area of my apartment, insulation coming out of the side of the dishwasher, crckheads walking around everywhere, I forgot my key fob to open the gate and a crckhead put the code in for me. thanks for that tho! Police and ambulance stay coming in left and right, the speed bumps thick you have to drive extremely slow to not tear up your car, and gunshots throughout the night. The apartments SEEN nice but in the end they just want money. you can never really feel truly safe which is why I’m ready to move!

Worst apartments ever. Infested with bed bugs and they tell you that you bought them in and have to pay for treatment. Money hungry people. People leave trash everywhere and leaves it by your door step.

After talking with Mr. Anthony about my situation. He seemed to be more concerned and attentive. I really appreciated that from him. You are never supposed to judge any one before you really get to know them because your judgement can be wrong and have a bad effect. Mr. Anthony is our property manager and I feel he only wants the best for his tenants. He can't make this happen all by himself, it's a team effort and I'm glad today to be a part of that team because we do have good hardworking families that live on property and enjoy the amenities that the apartment complex offers.

I have lived here since Feb 2018 and have not had issues with anyone or anything. Ample parking, great office staff, and the low rate includes cable. My neighbors are quite and we all look out for one another.
