The community is disgusting. Trash everywhere and dog ---- everywhere. No one picks up after their dog and management doesn't care. Would not recommend this place and will leave as soon as my lease is up.

This apartment unit was so lovely when I moved in. Sadly It has really deteriatrd over the years since then, especially the landscaping. There are dead plants in the landscaping near my apartment but they have not been replaced or removed.

You are paying for the location, but these are some of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. The car break-ins and tire theft is out of control and management does nothing. The grounds are constantly soiled with animal feces and trash. These are old apartments so keep that in mind, but when something does break, maintenance will take their time fixing it, if at all. They will mark items as complete without ever doing the work. Roaches are insane and are a constant in the kitchen. The office staff is rude, unhelpful. There is a huge parking issue? 85% of the parking lot is reserved (paid parking) and there are a handful of unreserved parking spots open? literally makes no sense. Do NOT move here.

It has been ok. It takes a long time to get things fixed. There have been several broken water lines that leave us for hours without water with no communication from the office. The apartments are affordable for the area, but you definitely get what you pay for.

It have been okay. I don't like the flooding outside the garage. I think overall the complex could use improvements but it is not terrible. I have good good experiences with maintenance. However the building itself self is older. My apartment was painted several times and you can tell in certain areas .
