Its been a good experience for the most part, But lately their has been a lot of dog poop all the place. And that bothers me and I feel like the stairs are way over due for a repaint. Other than that. Management is satisfactory

I genuinely do not understand how this place has received so many good reviews. From the start, upon touring apartments I specifically asked Marilu if there was a roach problem here as I was pregnant and not trying to deal with any of that. She assured me there was not and stated pest control came once a week (should have been a red flag as controlled places ideally have pest control once or twice a month MAX.) but I was naive and assumed it meant they had it under control. Fast forward to our move in date, the NIGHT we moved in we saw (at the time we did not know what they were) German roaches in the bathroom. We killed them as we just thought they were June bugs. Well it got progressively worse and looks like a family hatched in our kitchen. Pest control came in and found two pregnant ones under our kitchen sink. Figured the problem was mitigated, it was not. This place is SO old and not updated there are cracks and crevices in EVERY corner. From June to January (we broke our lease because this place was so disgusting) we dealt with a severe roach issue mainly in the kitchen. I am talking 5-10 A DAY. And we are very clean people. I found them in the dishwasher, on the counter, in the sink, in the pantry, in the cupboards, in the drawers, DEAD ONES in my freezer somehow???, in the bathroom, on the walls, on the carpet, and on our last day there found one on my daughters belongings. We found two pregnant ones in the last two months. And management did not do ----. I am talking every time I brought it up Marilu just thought oh pest control! Lady pest control had been to us 8 times and it did nothing. In my last email to them I asked to have lease break fees be discounted due to the roach issue and NEVER got a response. Do not even get me started on maintenance. The younger guy actually did his job, there were two times the older gentleman came in and literally said I am not going to do that it will not help. I swear to god I have never lived in a place so disgusting. We moved to another state and the apartment we live in is AMAZING and has pest control once a month. Have not seen a single roach since. I am so grateful we moved out. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Pros: The community is small and intimate. Living here you get to know your neighbors pretty fast. The location is prime because everything is close. It is located in a good school district and there is a great charter school less than 4 minutes away. No keys required making it super convenient. Cons: The apartments and appliances are outdated. The amenities are rather expensive for them not to work all the time. People from other complexes do park within the community. There is no park for the children. The pool is usually occupied by people that don't live within the community. The mailboxes are outside of the community so they are easy targets for thieves.

Good customer service. Quick service when I needed maintenance for ceiling leak or air conditioner down. Maintenance does work after hours to resolve the problems. Front office staff kind and courteous.

Living here in St. Gregory’s it been my best experience. Love my apartment and property. All staff always helpful on delivering my packages when I ask to my apartment when I can’t make it to the office.

Great community well maintained and clean. I love the pool and the Gym. I will definitely recommend live here. Staff is very professional and helpful. First year and I am in love I will definitely renewal my lease contact again.

Great time at this location over the years the staff personal have been fantastic. looking out for their tenants has been a makes you feel appreciated and look forward to residing here.

Living here the last 31/2 yrs have been wonderful. Clean, great management, friendly neighbors. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Parking is fine as well. Overall this has been a very pleasant experience

It's been great! The neighbors are very nice. It's quiet here and always clean. The office staff are very professional and super nice and helpful. Marilou the manager is always there to listen to you about any concerns you may have. You put in a maintenance order and it is always done within that day or the next day at the latest. They have emergency maintenance that really response in a timely manner. My AC unit was totally replaced with a new one and also the inside unit. It's working fabulous. They provided me with a portable air conditioner when I was having problems with my AC, until the new one came in. The maintenance men are super friendly. Enrique is the head maintenance man and Louis is the second maintenance man both are very knowledgeable and hardworking and polite and helpful. I really feel safe and at home here at St. Gregory's Beach.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and the office staff is excellent and always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is excellent here. The property is always clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. A lot of the neighbors have lived here for a long time.
