I moved in here because it seemed great for the price. We had a leaky roof for 6 months, the trans gendered crack ----- underneath us sold drugs out of her apartment. I would not be surprised if she sold them to the apartment manager. The music played until 4am in the morning, we had the cops out 3 times to tell the neighbors to shut off the music, so the people who had jobs can get some sleep. About the APT MANAGER (ERICA) she is worthless! THE Laziest, untruthful, uneducated manager complains to the residents about her job than will stab them in the back. Her lunch hour is usually 3 hours long. When I complained to her about the terrible smell of weed coming from downstairs she simply said "smells good, right!"...We in turn bought 4 air purifiers to filter out the smell. She told me there is nothing she can do about it, I would have to call the cops. Whatever happened in her apartment was her business. ERICA, stop trying to fool yourself, walking around the complex asking people to go to apartmentratings.com and write a good comment about the property. When their roofs are leaking, cars are getting stolen, neighbors are selling drugs.. Please! If you lease here you will find yourself on the site writing about you own person experience..

My husband and I signed a 6 month lease for this apartment thinking we were getting a really good deal. We gave the manager our money so we could move in but we didn't end up getting to move in untill two weeks after the date we were supposed too. And then they had to still come in and fix things while we were living there ! The showerhead was compleatly rusty and nasty and the so called "Re-Surfacing" of the bathtub was nothing more then a coat of spray paint that cracked around the edges and is now falling off. When we put boxes on the top shelf I found a small purse full of drug baggies and needle caps. Its like the never botherd to clean anything in this apartment. The kitchen floor is cracked and permantly stained. They pained the whole kitchen but didnt fix the hole in the counter or bother to pain the dingy brown hood range. The neighbors are the rudest people on the face of the planet. They are ALWAYS blasting their music from 8am till 4am the next morning. You can ask them to turn it down and they are pissy rude about it and 10 minuets later its right back up blasting through the walls. The cops are out here weekly always being called out here for something but belive me this dosn't change a thing. The first month there wasnt a problem with the sound. It just seems like the manager has decided to forget the background checks and just move people right on in. So unless you like loud music and cops out here all the time don't consider moving in here !

This place is the worst place you can ever live in! Erika is a Lousy, lazy manager, she is too busy making out with her boyfriend in the leasing office to worry about ANY of the problems in the complex. THere are rodents, the a/c system and all electrical system is old and dangerous. Just look at it, it's a time bomb! Lately the residents that the "manager" have been putting in are lousy residents. They are loud in the middle of the night. Music full blast, and lots of screaming. THe police has to come out so often to deal with someone at the complex and 9 times out of 10 they will take someone to jail, but it doesn't really help when you have a 20 year old kid as the "manager". Like I said she is NEVER there but when she is, MAYBE just maybe you can catch her available for 2 minutes, if her boyfriend is not there with her. THere are holes all over the pavement, shopping carts everywhere. The man that does the maintance is like 90 years old, and he just hides the problems behind paint and tape. THere are MANY residents who either don't have a stove or refrigetor. When one of the residents moved in here, the a/c unit was not working so "Management" just put in a window unit in her aparments and it sat like that for months. THis place used to be a nice place to live but then Erika just started putting ANYONE in here. When the police came out to take away of the residents, he made a comment. He said..."Does your manager run any background checks, because this person we are taking has a very serious background"...now that is SCARY!!! Cars get broken into, people won't respect your property. This used to be a very family oriented atmosphere, but this "manager" Erika has completely screwed it all up. I mean, who would put a 20 year old as a manager...I guess you get what you pay for! and she was cheap labor. Oh yeah and I almost forgot- don't try to wash your clothes because you can forget about taking a shower with hot water. The laundry room is locked up 99 percent of the time due to the problems.

If you want... Leaks in the roof.. Crack heads for neighbors Sewage in the parking lot Pot in the your Laundry Room Part-Time Management and Maintenance for 60 units Giant trenches in your parking spot Loud music late at night.. fighting in the parking lot. Car stolen.... Than this is the place for you... For a bonus they give you old appliances... If you see a positive remark after every good one you know the manager posts them.. If she could only go though that much effort to fix things for her tenants...

If you think any of those "great" reviews are true, please actually look at the grounds first: 1) Graffitti all over the electricity boxes and main trash bin 2) Old appliances are dumped everywhere (IE below my old unit, #314), just a sign that most units have such old appliances you can expect $200 monthly energy bills just for running the a/c-heat at nights 3) HUGE holes in the street (like in front of the main office) and high elevation of curbs make parking near impossible without damaging the underside of your car 4) Go at night for a full impression of the neighborhood. During the day it is pleasingly quiet but at night (IE 9:30 or later) neighbors do not control their dogs, who bark like crazy and there are occasional fights in the parking lot. 5) Look for things like stained bath tubs, toilets that don't ever fully flush and instead stay on all night and run your water bill down, disposals that don't work or sound like they are half-broken, leaks in the seals of windows, two-thumb-sized holes in parts of the doors. ---------------------------------------- Personally I have had $200 electricity bills, inability to install internet due to bad wires, have actually caught people smoking pot in the laundry room twice, have had 2 leaks in the roof the management refused to fix, roach and ant problems despite keeping the apartment perfectly clean and using roach traps and RAID. And, you might have guessed, not only did the management not fix these things but several times they tried to blame me for the problem to the point I had to call other companies (IE Green Mountain Energy) to prove it was their fault not mine. Note this is coming from someone who has lived in two apartment complexes before this (Sunforest in David Florida, Meyergrove in Houston) and has had no run-ins with management or late payments IE a strong tenant. It's not me it is them. Feel free to e-mail me, it is against my ethical code not to report a place like this. This place simply does not deserve your respect. The rent may be cheap but $450 $200 in energy charge per month $50 replacing things damaged by water leaks all the time and sleep lost due to neighbors with no respect for each other makes it completely not worth the "savings".

I live in a small One bedroom on the "quiet side" of the complex..old appliances, CABINETS are falling apart..No bugs though...that is a plus. On the other side of the fence in front of my apartment there are several shopping carts...I love that look! that is why I moved here. If you want your roof leaking and a non working laundry facility than this is the apartment for you. Today I got home from work and the Laundry facility has hours they locked the doors, so if have a job than you might want to find somewhere else to do laundry. The power randomly goes out when you use more than 2 at a time anyway.. Now we have Trashy shopping carts stationed at every corner for your shopping needs! You get to pick from Foodarama or Beldens. The Manager walks by the carts every day..I assume if the management is too lazy to take care of it, seeing the maintence uses the shopping carts why would they. And not to mention the Manager walks by them everyday I guess she does when she shows apartments tooo. When I check the mail I have to cross a giant trench in he middle of the parking lot. I pitty the people who live in front of it how do they park...with a GIANT TONKA TRUCK. Also on the other side of the complex past the office there are some trashy people who keep yelling and screaming late at night...and yes they do wonder around looking in car windows...so Who EVER wrote "Quiet" on there remarks must be crazy...I went to check my mail the other day and there was a bunch of people outside smokin' somthing that you can't buy in a store..playing their music in there cars...at 1AM.. The dumpster overflows with trash every other night...and they just have 1... If you want a managment team who trys to find a way to fix things without any money or effort than this apartment is for you. They don't care about leaky roof, residents, shopping carts fashioning your curb.. All the good residents I know are moving when their lease ends and in 3 months so am I. If the Management reads this I hope they will start turning this place around before it becomes the next dumping ground for bad residents. All they are doing is fooling themselves, and driving away good residents..

I have been living here almost a year, everything was great until a few things really started bothering me. I have no problems with any of the residents except for one whom lives several units away from me. This resident plays music all hours of the day, has broken the kitchen window, does illegal drugs which you can smell a mile away and just is out of hand. Everything in my apartment shakes when they start slamming the front door. They start yelling and fighting in the parking lot all hours of the night. I also hear from several residents that late at night they look around in the car windows..I wonder why? Not to mention, this resident is not even supposed to be living there Not EVEN ON THE LEASE!! The immediate Neighbors (one is moving out) Another already moved. The list goes on for this ONE resident. The problem is; The Management has been noted by several residents and nothing has been done, No action what so ever. (maybe verbal) But the fact is nothing has changed. If it wasn't for this ONE RESIDENT, I would not be "considering" moving when my lease is up. This causes a safety hazard and should not have to be tolerated. I have to say Everyone else in the neighborhood is pleasant. Just has a bad seed, that will drive all the good folks away. Not to mention in all of this I never had a working fridge..
