I have lived here since May. I am these peoples neighbor. There are many residences in the address- I am referring to the house whose front door is facing TC Jester. They are consistently throwing their trash in front of their house or in the grass of the construction company next door. They have trash cans right in front of their home but they choose to throw all trash including broken glass beer bottles and even whole chicken carcasses that I worry my dog will swallow on our walks.
