In the Houston area in 2021 and 2024 for medical treatment at MD Anderson. Temporary housing was needed and we found The Left Bank at River Oaks to be a good location with nice common grounds. Many conveniences are located in the immediate area.

The property is beautiful & backs up to the Bayou! Very peaceful & quiet! The pool area was beautiful and very inviting! Accessibility was quick from 610 or I 10! I am a realtor in Houston, Texas & for over two decades - I actually was looking for myself and very impressed with their townhomes!

My name is Patsie Lockett with Findit Apartment Locators. I recently was helping a great customer who was very specific about his apartment needs. I began working with the manager Laura there at first contact. When I called to check availablity, Laura answered the phone. (It is very rare, in my 24 years experience in locating, that a manager answers the phone). I had several questions for my client and she professional and kindly answered each one. I called my customer to update him and he had even more questions. So I called the property again, Danisha answered the phone and put me right through to Laura, when I asked to speak with her. Laura was pleasant and friendly and helpful again. She was bending over backwards to accommodate my customer so he went to the property to tour the next day. He was greeted promptly when he arrived for his appointment. He said the leasing agent that toured him was very professional and helpful. He decided to go home and do the on line application for the apartment. During the application process, my customer decided to change apartment locations and the office quickly did this for him. I called them several times with several more questions from my customer. They answered the phone EACH time, accommodated my customer's request EACH time. He was very impressed, as was I. He will moving in today and he is so excited. Laura is simply amazing. Her staff, all of them are professional and very friendly. I will certainly be referring to this property again! It is a good value for the prestige location, the staff is amazing, I have been a locator for over 24 years and this is by far one of the most pleasant experiences for me and my customer is totally pleased. I will let my fellow colleagues know how well I was treated and how happy my customer is with their service. Great Job Left Bank. You deserve a 5 star rating!

Has gone down since Hurricane Harvey. This used to be a true luxury community, and since the storm in '17, some questionable people have moved in and after a violent domestic violence incident last week, I feel even less secure. This used to be a true haven in the city, now I'm not even able to get in touch with Winther Investments, who owns the property. It goes to a voicemail every time I call, and they haven't been responsive to my needs.
