Community feels safe, comfortable, quiet yet lively. Close enough to the active community at buffalo bayou park and memorial park, but nestled away for quiet retreat. Apartments are clean, updated, and in great condition with a touch of elegance. Property feels somewhat serene with an ambiance of professionalism. Staff and community have an air of approachable momentum that strikes the balance I was seeking. Glad I found this hidden gem.

This place is beautiful and in the city but is secluded. Beautiful amenities and great staff and maintenance team. I love it here if you are looking for an apartment i definitely recommend checking this one out!

Good experience, but did not have availability on single floor with 3 bd rooms. They had one town home but it did not have balcony space, felt like closed enclosure, rest of the amenities are good. Pool is awesome.

Left Bank is an attractive, well managed apartment community, located in a centrally located, very popular area in Houston. I am looking forward to making it my home in Houston, at least until my retirement.

Great staff and amenities, clean and great location to memorial park and access to nice restaurants, clean pool, clean gym, nice dog walking park. The parking garage is a little tight for my truck but overall this is 5 start community.

Great location on the banks of Buffalo Bayou between River Oaks and Memorial Park, I like the European feel. Vanessa was very helpful providing tour a couple of different floor plans and all the amenities, without an appointment. The large area in back for dogs to walk is a definite plus for dog lovers. I like the recently installed vehicle chargers. Great value, reasonable fees, though some signs of aging, built in 2000. No follow up required at this time.

Great location, ease of access to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. The apartment is clean. Overall, the complex and amenities are older, so that should be considered if someone is looking for a resort style pool and updated fitness centers. There is a lot of space for dogs, but a lot of big dogs that are not on leashes that are allowed to roam far from their owners from this complex and the apartments next door.

Mostly positive but the floors and ceilings are thin so we hear people walking above us and people below us hear us walking. When you remodel I recommend putting in a lawyer of sound absorbing padding under the laminate.

A quiet, calm community. Safe neighborhood. Friendly and helpful management and maintenance staff. This apartment complex is clean and tidy. The apartments are well equipped. The park is close, public transportation is good.

I had a great experience touring this community. The front office staff was kind and very helpful. I toured a couple different floor plans and was able to see all of the amenities at the property. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. I think the prices were very fair.
