It is a nice community, great location but definitely needs many updates. They also need to enforce rules: the 5 mph speed limit in parking garage, towing and more strict about allowing people onto the property after hours with the guard as they used to be. They are very lax and let people through gate at all hours. They used to have all visitors sign in and take license plate and identification down to keep records in case of any abnormalities like crime and theft.

The place overall is great. I love how it is not a modern apartment and has wood floors. Only thing is the rent is crazy for a 1 bedroom apartment for the amenities given. The pool is great with the dog park but the gym is very small and very outdated. Never any community events. Location is amazing

Fantastic place to live! I take advantage of the amenities within walking distance and take great walks with my dogs. Everyone is very friendly, and we love the maintenance and administration staff! Very good response times to maintenance requests.

Very nice location in Houston. Beautiful parks all around. Apartments are old and electricity bills are very high. The maintenance crew does an outstanding job. They always show up and get the job done.

I like this community for its central convenience, lovely 5 acre area to walk dog, nicely designed apartments. Apartments have good appliances and upgraded floor to vinyl plank. Maintenance team is awesome and so pleasant. This is the second time I have chosen this apartment community. I left in 2021 returned in 2025!

Relatively quiet and safe apartment community with nice amenities. Apartments have high ceilings, bay windows, archways and other architectural features. Pool is beautiful - looks more like a resort pool than an apartment complex pool.

Nice, quiet community. Great location near buffalo bayou park. The units are nice with wood panel flooring throughout the main living area. There are package lockers which is nice and i haven't had any issues with. There's a pool area and business center

Great Location but Needs Upgrading. The rent continues to soar but upgrades aren't being considered. The parking garage needs attention as the parking spaces are narrow and leave little room to actually get out of your car! Parking sticker violators need to be looked into as well. Towing should be enforced for those who do not park in visitor parking.

Left Bank is a charming apartment complex with great bang for your buck. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. It is also worth nothing that this is probably the most dog friendly and accommodating complex in the entire city of Houston. My partner and I have very much enjoyed living here and have recommended it to all of our friends when apartment searching. The only drawbacks are the busy road it's on and not-so-thick ceilings which may or may not be issues depending on where your unit is located. All-in-all, this is a five star property.
