Unethical,Unprofessional and Bias people that works in the office at this apartment complex . They change business hours til 10:30 am til 5:30 pm . That’s Monday through Friday!!!The OFFICE MANAGER, OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT, and MAINTENANCE Then when you try to go in the office to put in a service request or maybe ask for an Ac filter the doors are lock durning business hours . The Governor nor the Mayor states that a place of business be locked durning business hours unless it’s a Prison or Jail Institution and that’s not the case . They have a sign up to call but no answer , you leave messages and no one return your calls . ) So I assume folks get so comfortable with their jobs and think it’s ok to treat tenants any kind of way . The apartments have mold and rats , When you report it nothin is being done about it ; I guess they hire anybody’s work for this apartment complex . It’s a high turn over rate and maintenance only complete jobs that he feel like doing !!!! The whole crew ! The health department needs to called on this rat infested place ?? So here are a few options: Report a complaint to State Real Estate Department Assuming your property manager is licensed, they must register with the state board.! File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)! Fair Housing Act, FHA, protects the following classes: Race Color Disability Religion Gender Sexual Orientation Nationality Familial Status Contact HUD’s Complaint Line: Lawsuit Against the Property Management Company. Known as Vickery Pac Apartments!!!

This was my 1St apt being new to the state horrible roach problem never would take care maintenance problems. Manager threatened to ruin my credit for me breaking my lease due to domestic violence victim. She told me she would give me 30 days to pay off my balance but filed eviction within a week . They over charge for the water bill 98 a month with 1 adult and toddler . Do not move here.

Spent my first night in my apartment and woke up assasinating roaches all over the place, went to put a work order in followed up with the front desk after a week and a half was told they came and sprayed, although no notice was left in my apartment that anyone was inside. Still saw roaches, put another notice in for them to spray cause a notice was left that it was done and I still had roaches all over the place. A/c isn't blowing cool air at all it's sorching hot outside and my apartment feels like the inside of an oven, put a second notice about that. No calls no nothing has been done. Only been here a month!

Use to be a great place til they got 4 security guards over here treating us like animals because someone got killed over here. I hate that that happen but we are humans not animals we are treated poorly, they have big guns standing around our kids walking around the apartment,they are rude they grab you out your cars,they pull ur background up in the office with there personal phones they have beat up guess and lied on them and said there trespassing we can't even have company over there cars are stop going and coming in the gate for no reason they use there badges as police but there only the houston metro security not police residents have moved out and it's plenty of vacancies over here cause of security

I lived there for 2 years, I hated it, I was never there after the first incident occurred when this female banged on my door begging me to open my door because someone was after her, then months later (October 17) I received a call from Debbie the front office manager saying that my apartment was broken into, I told her that I will be leaving due to safety issues and she wouldn't let me out of my contract but wanted to relocated me in another unit! My door was kicked in and it took them 2 months to fix the door, now who it was only me and my daughter and who would feel safe living where you cant sleep at night, with the front door still BROKEN!!! Now the ---- is on my credit report as an eviction! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!

This place do not deserve any stars,Rose the office manager is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with,and she's the first thing you see when you walk in. There has been several murders in just the year I've been there,cars are being broken into and the police need to have a station on property because their there that much, when our lease was up we couldn't get out fast enough. Move in at your own risk,because I'm Not And Never Will Recommend This Place.

Do not recommend anyone to move here there's always people hanging outside in larger crowds. I don't feel safe afraid someone might try and break into my apartment. Maintenance is slow never gets anything fixed. Not spacious at all will not renew my lease these apartments only look nice don't move here.

Was robber at gun point car was taken and police never came.... ????????

My partner and I are young and looking for our first apt together. We always pass by these apartments so we decided to come by and check them out. The lady we spoke to was Rose and I just have to say her attitude is very poor. I honestly felt like she took us as a joke. She asked if we had pets and we said yes. Then she asks us what breed and we told her a lab and a Chihuahua only for her to say we dont allow pets. I'm not sure why that wasn't said at first instead of her going out her way to ask us knowing they don't allow pets. Like she killed time on both ends. If you're going to work with people atleast look friendly and look like you enjoy helping others out. Treat your residents and future residents right. Best of luck to anyone living there or trying to move there.
