I have been asking for a new oven since last year when my oven stopped working I still haven't received it. No matter how much I complain about it... They don't listen are don't care about it. So tired of it

This is literally the most trashy apartment complex that I have ever lived in. By mid afternoon every dumpster is overflowing with trash. I'm too embarrassed to have company because one of those dumpsters sits at my front door. The office staff is so unconcerned. Ruby is the worst. I'm not even sure how she has a job there because she is blatantly rude. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

These apts are the ---- horrible I should’ve know when I read the reviews on google about them but I wanted to be cheat and save money but you get what you pay for. The maintenance service here is slow they take for ever to come fix something it’s roaches everywhere the second day I was living there the cabinets are so old that if you just lend on it stuff fall off it. One time they try to said I didn’t pay my rent when I know I did, I was waiting on one of them in office to cash it so fill a lawsuit on them about my money, my Neighborhood that lives up has a water leak that cause my wall to leak in bathroom the maintenance try to cover it with spray paint good thing my mother was there while I was at work, so the replace one side of the wall now it has modw, the carpet id 15 years old they don’t wanna change it my carpet still smell like a dog or cat... the water is off every other week the wall so thin that I can hear the up stairs talking and moving around.... save your money move elsewhere not her the people in the office NEVER answer the phone I walk in on them eating and talking on their phone when I was calling to see what’s the problem why y’all never the phone. If you gone let the phone ring DONT COME to come to work!!!! They service is poor!!!!!! All of them to fired and replace if....

If I could give them a 0 start I would do so. They are terrible and infested with roaches . I can't wait for lease to be over. The young girl with blonde hair apparently call Jessica it's horrible and ignorant. Always having attitudes and making faces at customers . Don't want to answer the phone . I can call all day and they won't answer. It can be an emergency and they will never know and I was there last time and she just kept saying while the phone ringing . Ugh they keep calling I'm not answering . Very rude and horrible customer service . Prices going up and they're not doing anything . Cabinet are old and breaking , roaches everywhere no matter what you do they won't go away. Horrible . I ask to get the a/c fix and her answer was that "if I don't want to call and get someone to fix your a/c I don't do it" and hang up the phone in front of me when she was about to call someone from the guys to get my a/c fixed. The she just kept talking and making faces. I'm not the only one there's plenty people that have the same issue and the worse part they even lose the money orders and ask you to pay again when it's there fault. Don't come in these apartments,
