It is a shame that I cannot be comfortable in my own apartment without worrying if my car or any of my friends or family that come and visit me cars will be towed by a tow truck who drives through the parking lot every night around 2:30 a.m. towing people's cars and then charging $300 and probably more if you wait longer than 2 hours to go and get your car. All of this is making me think I made a mistake by renewing the lease with this property. I'm going to worry myself sick about this tow truck creeping through the parking lot every night

Move in was a breeze, being here been cool but I really wished I signed a 6 month lease. Considering I rushed and signed my lease to move in and didnt see my apt until I moved in. I also didnt realized i signed a 12 month lease when i asked for 6 smh. There's no granite like mentioned when he described the apt and I found out I'm on the 3rd floor which I never would have accepted, my head and hair get stuck on the refinished tiled bathroom surround and tub that seem to have not cured and it started to slowly but surely not look as new as when i moved in. The electrical plugs dnt work in either bathroom and the light switch in the second bedroom malfunctions. I've put tickets in and contacted the office and no one has showed to repair them. The refrigerator leaked alot of water onto the floor for months before someone finally came out to fix it. The rent is 1240 but I've been paying between 1350 and 1407 for random fees, a base of 49 for sewer base of 28 for water, actual water was 8 dollars, 1.95 for drainage. $21 for trash valet. I feel ive been low key getting robbed. I wasn't going to write a review even after I witnessed one of the residents catalyst converter being stolen but The extra money I'm paying is not sitting well with me. Update ... Roaches Roaches Roaches I'm not sure what is being sprayed when the lady with the sprayer come but it ain't working and my apt is hot from 2pm to well into the night is 80 degrees plus even after many maintenance visits. Trash gets picked up whenever valet fells like it plus the children's playground was recently removed why? I dnt know we didn't get the memo. So no playground for the kiddos. 12/29/23 Update.. From my experience my next move will not be in a apartment complex. I still have a roach problem, rent went up when i renewed the lease for another 6 months and they find every little reason to add on another fee. I now almost pay house note money, At about 1450 for 2 bed 2 bath with all fees. We Pay for pest control that only come when called no pest control maintenance... 01/25/2024 they've add a tow truck company to police the parking lot. Now we have the hassel of dealing with requesting 24 hour parking pass for guest there's plenty of parking space no need for this extra headache at this point. 02/17/2024 unfortunately i referred my daughter and son in law to move here they had mold issues ftom a leaking roof and there has been car break ins near building 11 and their truck has been broken in to twice and tools stolen No one has let the community know what has been happening here. 7/14/24 my son in law had his work trailer stolen today! Over all I would not recommend staying In this complex at this point PLUS the gates never work.

Whatever you do, don't live here. Aside from all the cockroaches and parking lot crime, you will be surprised with the additional hidden fees adds 20%+ to your rent. By then, it's too late. The property manager is inconsiderate and boarders on being unethical. When we wanted to pay our rent in full and get a receipt, they said NO because they were not conducting transactions on Friday. Then, they couldn't confirm our payment because a person took the day off. This place needs a management change.

So far we love most everything. Big kitchen, clean spaces, nice staff, love the green areas. Private patios with outside storage are great! Parking is the only thing that's getting a bit harder to find. Even reserved spots are mostly all taken.

My kids and I fell behind on our rent and we were kicked outside on the lawn with everything we had. My babies which are 1 yrs old had no cover, no bottles, or food because the staff bagged everything in bags. If you have the apartment headquarters please let me know asap.

I have been living here for about 9 months and I honestly can't wait till my lease is up! My vehicle has been towed 3 times in the past 4 months. By 8pm there is no parking! I spoke with the office letting them know my vehicle keeps getting towed & there only responds is "you shouldn't have parked there" I've asked them to give me a reserved parking & they tell me "I'll see if we have any available, it's Very hard to find parking in your building area" so they know they don't hav parking & don't care if you keep getting towed.

This is the worst apt I have ever lived in. first of all the parking is stupid, I guess they did not anticipate residents have visitors. I am a resident, and parked in the open area, with everyone else, and was towed, another resident above was towed the night before, I have a sticker on my car, parked in a legit spot, and was still towed. talked to the office worker, and they say they do not have anything to do with the towing, well who the heck does employee these jerks. moved in and no hot water, the bathroom toilet runs constantly. reported it nothing is done. they spray pained the bathtub, and did not clean before, I can feel bumps in the tub. I would caution anyone not to move in this complex. the office staff is just rude, and they open when ever they want. sign said 9am, they might not open until 12 noon. can't wait for this lease to be over. all in all, who ever planned the parking situation here, did not think. morons

I love this community due to the fact that it is off the beaten path which makes it very quiet. Love all my neighbors and most of all the wonderful staff they may have changed a couple times but the team now is great.
