My girlfriend and I had been living at M5250 for five months. Always paid rent on time. Everyone there knew us except the manager, Kelly. One night, my girlfriend is there with two other girlfriends. In the middle of the night, the guy living across the hall opens the front door, walking in with a police flashlight. Begins stealing wallets and stuff. At some point, one of the females on the couch, wakes up and screams. He runs out the door and down the staircase. Police are called. They catch him on the property. Everything restored. No, this is where the story gets good. We meet with the manager, Kelly. She obviously doesn't like us, because we are harassed to leave the building because after accepting us for five months, the manager takes another look at my girlfriend's criminal history and decides we are a problem. We are bulgarized yet we are the criminals. M5250 does not inform the other residents of the crime. They want to protect their reputation. Yes unethical. We decide to leave quietly. We ask to stay one more month so we can find a place they say no. By the end of the month which is 10 days. Everyday the manager calls or emails me to see when we are leaving. I ignore her because I don't know. To great expense and forced to moved, we are moving fast. Not good enough, they get their lawyers to send us a letter and illegally enter our unit and tape the letter on the inside of our door. We find a place and move on October 3, 2019. End of story. No. To let us out of the lease, we need to sign a non-disclosure agreement not talking about the crime and why we left. The crime happened. They forced us out. Because they used lawyers, I have to hire a lawyer and I tell M5250 that I will not sign the NDA. End of story. No. They hire a collection agency to immediately collect $21,127.84 of unpaid rent. The remaining 8-1/2 months left on the lease. M5250 leases the unit. New balance $4,140.49. Court next. Don't move here.

Casee was just so awesome and friendly when she was showing me around the apartment. The building looks so neat and well-maintained, and I would definitely recommend this place. It's a 5 start for me!!!

I've really enjoyed the property since Casee got here! It's my third year and I will likely transfer. The views are nice from both sides. Pool is on the 6th floor and gets really good sun too. Lease!!

Woke up this morning with no water in my apartment. Couldn't shower, brush teeth etc. This is the penthouse apartment #---- that we pay $2600 a month for mind you. This is an ongoing problem that has never been properly addressed by CWS management. They dont care. Dozens of emails go without any resolution. So glad we put our notice in and cant wait to move. We emailed and asked for a reply that they received our notice...they couldnt even reply to that. Go figure. Dont move here. Unless you like being overcharged for water that doesnt deliver, weed smell in the hallways, urine and feces in the LOUD/BROKEN down elevators, vomit in the parking garage, your car being broken into in that same secure garage that I find has business cards and flyers all over residents cars, a starbucks machine with no cups/lids that works half the time, a secure lobby entrance that they are constantly fixing because it becomes stuck and lets anyone in and management that changes every 4 months or so then by all means its super luxe. By luxe they mean not luxe at all. The above was my google review for these guys and below was their response. I wanted to post here so i could upload my pics of the so called fix to my water. Note that this has been a 9 month ordeal. We have been overcharged repeatedly for a water leak that is not of our doing. We are billed monthly for 8000 gallons of water usage. 8000 gallons!!!! That is impossible. Check out these pics and see if that looks fixed to you. No there was no compensation from M5250 for any of this. We did get this canned response for show on google reviews however. Note they did not reach out to us in a phone call or email. they only respond to bad reviews that the whole world can see cuz they know people may read these. How many months is acceptable to deal with this? Can they answer that? Would they like a nice glass of water to drink or brush their teeth with from my apartment? Someone from CWS Corporate was supposed to contact my wife months ago. Thank god this lease is almost up. Countdown to no more luxe living at the third world M5250. P.S. fix the elevators for the 10th time. It sounds like a jet engine in my apartment everytime they are used. Worst apartment complex ever it's like a night club here and i have talked to office several times about the noise from the pool area and also the ac my didn't cool properly from the beginning of the summer and I talked to maintenance Guy couple yet nothing if I wish there was a zero star
