Great location, nice staff, and awesome amenities! The layout is perfect, the appliances all work perfectly, and the finishes are really nice. The community is friendly and the parking is easy. Great place to live!

Alexan 5151 staff is very nice and welcoming. The apartment itself is Awesome, we love our floor plan and the top of the line appliances that's inside. Since we have been in Houston, the neighbors here are by far the best, everyone speaks to each other and you can feel the sense of a community that you don't usually get while living in an apartment.

The place is great, however, be sure you understand how the promotions work because the pricing structure is a bit confusing. The manager had to sit down with me for about an hour when I came to get my keys to move in because another agent told me a different price than what I ended up paying. They advertise 2 months free but in reality you are getting one month free with a prorated monthly amount. Overall, the amenities are good and the location is great. You canâ t beat being across from the Galleria, in walking distance of other restaurants and just a short drive to Whole Foods.

Living here is the best decision I've made so far while in Houston! This community is really nice and the people in the office are great as well. Im pretty happy to be here the pool is not open yet which kinda sucks but I am told it is opening before the end of the year that's good! But ya I love it here and to call it home!

These are BEAUTIFUL apartments,. I love the location and was very impressed with the ENTIRE STAFF. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions, never felt rushed, and were very helpful throughout the rental process. This is the place to call home!!
