This is a great community that is centered on its residents and keeping everything well-maintained and everyone comfortable and happy. It’s also awesome that they are dog friendly. For real!! So many places say they are dog friendly but then you show up and they don’t understand that your dogs have further or they don’t have a place for you to walk or take care of your pets with this place really does. And the community is just amazing. I am so happy to live here.

I love living here due to the helpfulness of the staff. We know that all of our needs will be met when we have a concern. The staff makes the place feel like a home to their renters. I know that my concerns are heard and considered at all times. I also like having the option to pay my rent online.

I love the community and location! I wish I would have moved to the top floor as the noise from my upstairs neighbor is driving me insane. I appreciate both Elyssa and Brittany addressing my concern, but noise is still an issue. The office staff is beyond wonderful and very responsive; Maintanence is also great!

Alexan 5151 has such a warm and welcoming ambiance--from the building facade, to the upscale finishes and neutral color tones, downright to the friendly staff. I selected this property while living out of state and never had a chance to see it in-person until move-in day. Needless to say I was a little nervous but everyone I've encountered has made it difficult for me to have any regrets. It's quiet and clean, I feel extremely safe, there are tons of floor plans to suit your needs, they have plenty of amenities and the staff have a great concept of hospitality and exceptional customer service.

All the instruments are new and it is comfortable for living. Especially the bath room looks to be excellent. The kitchen is also good for enough capacity of the cabinet. The gas stove with six ingles have a great attraction with me.

My experience living here has been wonderful, the staff is very attentive and is always super helpful, maintenance requests are completed quickly and the neighbors are very nice! The community itself is very luxurious and super nice!

Brand new apartments in an outstanding location just next to the Gallaria mall and close to highways. Good security and very good amenities. Friendly management team. Security features include electronic key fobs, ButterflyMX system, and package concierge. Rents are expensive but the current promotions might lower them a little.

Alexan 5151 has made living in Houston GREAT so far. The staff is so nice and helpful, the location is perfect and if I need help with anything that goes on with my apartment or the property, maintenance came out immediately and resolved it. I am so happy that chose this community!

Great location, very secure, updated beautiful property and modern. Most of the staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond for tenants. Only complaint would be amount of noise you hear from surrounding apartments. Walls are paper thin.

We made the right decision. We love our apartment, it’s nice, quite and cozy. Awesome location and great amenities. The leasing office staff is super responsive and very friendly!! We would have seen at least 15 properties but none of those could beat this.
