I have lived here 2 years and the manager is so rude and disrespectful. I had transfer apartment because the unit I was in kept flooding, had rats, and roaches. The manager acts as if he did me a favor by transfer me to another unit. My daughter's car has been towed saying that her permit was expired however nowhere in my lease it says anything about our parking permits and to make it better my lease doesn't expire until August of 2018. But the manager who is so rude and disrespectful and let me add that he is also very very racist says that it's not his fault. This is the same manager that likes to disclose how his wife is not intimate with him and other personal to the residents. I don't care how intimate your wife is with you I shouldn't have to know that information when I go into the office. I feel sorry for your wife for you disclose in that kind of personal information to others. This manager thinks that he can talk his way out of ---- but I want everyone to know just the kind of person he is just the kind of person we have managing this property.

I hate I moved here. I've never lived in some apartments where I can't have company because there is never any visitors parking. Then they have the ------- nerve to want to tow. I went to the leasing office and the new manager acts as if he dont give a damn about what I was saying. I'm breaking my lease. This is ridiculous.

Don't walk... RUN AWAY!!!!! There was an apartment fire in April, 2016. I watched 2 buildings burn to the ground in less than an hour. I spoke to the volunteer fire department afterward - they told me to get out while I can!!! This is an older complex and is not required to meet current fire safety code. There are no firewalls in the attics or between floors. What this means is that if ANY unit in the building catches on fire, it will quickly spread to the entire building. AND... there are NO FIRE HYDRANTS ON PROPERTY. The fire department had to cut down a portion of the fence and run hoses from the adjacent neighborhood. In addition, the building I live in is infested with bats. Yes, you read that correctly. There is an entire colony of BATS (approximately 50 - 75 bats) living in the attic of building 21. They can be fun to watch at night and in the early morning and are great for mosquito control. But where there are bats, there is bat guano (poop). Bat guano is not only HIGHLY FLAMMABLE (see additional fire concerns above), but it is also an airborne health risk for histoplasmosis (see link for more details: ) My downstairs neighbor had 2 get into her apartment through the dryer vent! The apartment management will tell you that they have installed a "trap" to get rid of the bats, but it was not installed by a qualified removal company. The bats have simply found another entrance into the building. The outside spotlight on the end of the building blinks on and off - I'm sure there is a short in the wiring from the bats. Again, a major fire hazard. Also a security hazard, since that is the only outside light in the area. Speaking of pests... the place is completely infested by roaches. I spent months begging them to do something about it, until I was about to lose my mind. Every time one of the neighboring units had someone move in or out, the infestation would worsen. Management would add me to the list for the exterminator, but he didn't show up half the time, and all i got were excuses. In the meantime, there were roaches all over my kitchen - in every cabinet, every drawer, in/on appliances - it was disgusting! Roaches in the bathroom, in the dining room, in the living room, in the bedroom. I had roaches crawl up my leg as I watched TV. But the final straw was having one crawl across my face as I slept!!!!! I was in tears by that point. And still the apartments did nothing. I finally took matters into my own hands, and found a product that got rid of them (Advion). Maintenance requests? What a joke! It would take several weeks, and repeated requests for them to come for repairs. And then they "patched" things together, rather than truly repairing. The dishwasher doesn't work, the bathroom sink leaks, the toilet seat is broken. The landing at the stop of the stairs into my apartment is beginning to fall through. I reported it a month ago, and NOTHING. I am terrified that I will fall through one of these days. The apartments presumably have breed restrictions on dogs, but they are not enforced. There were 4 or 5 pitbulls living there prior to the most recent management change. One of them was off-leash and attacked my (leashed, non-agressive breed) dog. When I complained to the apartments, they said that the owners have lived there with that dog since before the restrictions were put into place. However, there are another 5 or 6 NEW TENNANTS with pitbulls, just within the past 6 months. I will not say the entire breed is bad, but it depends on the owners. If you have pets or young children, please take caution. I have 2 months left on my lease and have given up. I am turning in my notice and moving as soon as I can.

If you are thinking about moving here, let me make it simple for you: DON'T. There have been numerous management changes over the last 6 months and each management team is more incompetent than the last. Need something in your apartment fixed? Good luck. The foundation cracked in my ceiling and a light fixture was hanging by strings for 3 MONTHS before I could get anyone from maintenance to come look at it. It took another dozen calls and complaints before they returned weeks later to actually fix the problem. They hastily patched it and never returned to repaint the ceiling. There is always a pipe broken somewhere on property as well. There was a major fire in April and it has NEVER been addressed with residents. Bulldozing finally started 4 months after the fire and there was ZERO NOTICE given to residents who live near the buildings being bulldozed. People who didn't move their cars quick enough had them trapped by bulldozers. The billing has been screwed up since July. There is always an extra fee hidden on my bill that I then have to go talk to management about. They also just changed their methods of accepting rent payments. If you don't want to submit your bank information online, you must pay a fee just to pay your rent. I have also witnessed the office manager making comments about tenants, calling one woman a liar after she had dropped something off. Counting down till my lease is up.
