If i could rate this property on a scale from 1 - 10 i would give it a -0. This is not half of the pictures i have in my phone this place is the devils playground cause they do not give a damn about anything you say . The most annoying thing about living here is money speaks English so they say or they try and play like they don’t understand what it is you are saying when it comes down to fixing anything . This apt is a infestation palace move here at your own will

This is the WORST rental experience I’ve had in my LIFE!!! Management completely suck. They have no idea what they’re doing. Parking is terrible, even when I pay monthly for covered parking, manager allows people to take your spot then try to offer you a different one. The apartments are old, foundation is so uneven, infested with bugs & roaches. Was a homicide other day across parking lot, they charged me for renter’s insurance twice which I already have been paying for on my own. Water/sewage is rediculously high for only 2 bd. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to a dog even!

The staff at Providence at champion they are amazing the new manager is an awesome manager she take care of her tenants she made sure that everything is working she does things in a timely fashion she communicates with her tenants and her assistant Miss renew she is an awesome lady as well she really take care of her people she made sure that the property is okay she makes sure that any issue that you come into the office with that it is logged in and taken care of she is amazing I love living here at Providence at champion thanks to the new manager and renew

This is my first apartment. When I first moved here they gave me an apartment I didn't want . I was ok bring that I was in a rush to move . I didn't have neighbors when I loved In so I was fine . I have to share my porch with another person . They have dogs and they smell terrible, when I walk up the stairs. They poop and pee on the balcony . They're super loud . Then there is tissue outside .the sewer is backed up with water also . IT SMELLS .

Manager came to my house about a false complaint about a dog she tell me she has no corporate office or she cannot give me a Supervisor which is a lie because my lawyer found the info and the apartments so old pest control dont work i cannot wait until my lease is up

been a resident for 2 years and upon ms cindy taking over we started noticing big changes maintenance request started getting done, pool was open and breakfast served for everyone in office she interacts with us renters and tries her best in pleasing everyone. I really recommend this property for your next home.

been living here for 3 years and the only complaint I have is mail carrier sometimes she doesn't pick up outgoing mail other than that I am happy with office staff and maintenance staff very friendly and helpful. Cindy the manager helped me get my car released when it was towed thanks so much for the great work you are doing

Living here was a nightmare thank God I didn't have any kids raising it was just me... cuz it's not safe with someone with kids in those apartments they've been flooded I had a bad problems with roaches and ants and rats... mildew every where paint chippings stay there for 2 years and seen maintenance three times.. old management love new management is horrible so beware

made an appointment to tour apartments and community was cleaned model they showed me was awesome and smelled nice pool was clear and calling my name that ended up leasing here thanks so much for the friendly staff who made this as easy as possible. also enjoy the fresh baked cookies the manager offers every day
