I am a new resident, but safety is of concern to me. The apartment which I moved from several blocks away at Woodway and Post Oak Lane, was much more secure than this apartment. There was always someone at the front desk (24 hours a day), and the front door was locked - until someone was admitted from the front desk. All visitors had to sign in at the desk as to whom they were visiting, their car license number, etc. The security here seems lacking - and after hearing that the garage is unsafe from invaders, I feel much less secure here than I need to feel.

I have downsized into a wonderful spot with wonderful people. The location is great and the people feel like family. My grandchildren love to come visit and spend the night. It takes me no time at all to clean my apt. My view of the city is awesome. One of my best decisions EVER.

Enjoy the camaraderie of the community. Disappointed in the quality of construction. Numerous issues have been communicated. Waiting on resolution. The construction is builder grade with poor quality control re inspection of the construction.

The staff, both office and maintenance, consistently represent courtesy, friendliness and professionalism at all times. I am here now for just under a year and they never disappoint! I give Greystar and Overture Tanglewood my highest recommendation!
