I've been living here for sixteen months and wonder why on earth I didn't move here sooner! Super nice staff, competent and personable maintenance team, safe and convenient location, lovely neighborhood, great amenities (love the tennis court!), quiet neighbors and a very well designed spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place!

This is the ideal place to live. It’s pretty much perfect in every way. The staff do a great job and are genuinely nice and caring. My neighbors are friendly. The property is quiet and safe. I love it here.

The Management, Concierge, and Maintenance Staff are the best I have ever encountered. The staff is so friendly, and they get the job done. All the residents are friendly and thr Deerwood is a real community. My apartment is huge and well worth the price! I would recommend the Deerwood to anyone that is looking for a great location, great staff, quite, friendly, and large floor plans! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

This community is a quiet, safe place with an excellent team of people. Great amenities and it's in a great location. The layouts don't waste any space. Great sense of community. Pet friendly with a local dog park. The grounds are always well maintained and clean.

For anyone that is new to Houston please place this community property on your top three list of properties to visit this property in a very safe and big end area of West Houston nestled between Tanglewood and Hunters Creek in between the Houston Country Club and Buffalo Bayou! Personally I believe this area of Houston to select your residency is the best choice to reside……even over the over rated highly competitive in Upsmanship called River Oaks that most new comers are not up to the old Texas Oil millionaires with lives the flash and glitz and glamour.

I had a nightmare of a time with smoking neighbors for the first year and half I lived in the complex. Since I switched apartments its been heavenly. The staff, maintenance and grounds are great. I feel safe and the neighborhood is ideal.

Maintenance issues have been handled very well. Noise is under control. Services such as cleaning are accessible. Outside maintenance is good. The concierge is responsive and timely. Power outages are a problem, but are mostly the responsibility of Centerpoint.

After living here for almost a year. The apartment is great. Thick walls. I barely hear anyone, I actually don’t hear anyone. I don’t really like living right next to the main road, that’s pretty loud. The parking, trash valet, and 24/7 concierge are the only things that is keeping this experience alive. Most of the appliances are outdated and could use some remodeling.

I really enjoy staying at Deerwood. Maintenance and the office staff make my stay enjoyable. I really enjoy Meghan , Troy, Ernie , Dorothy, and Louie. Cindy is amazing as well. The grounds are beautiful , work orders are handled in a timely manner. My ac went out, and I had a portable in my unit that day, and a new AC by next business day. The Deerwood is amazing.

24/7 concierge provides a great feeling of safety and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are super nice and well kept. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Management organizes events that help residents to meet other residents which promotes a feeling of community. Love this place!
