I have been here for several years and have enjoyed the experience. I continue to stay because of many factors. The staff has been great especially Michelle who is the Apartment Mgr and Walter who is Maintenance Mgr. Both are considered good friends and have gone out of their way for me to make the stay a welcomed one. Its location is great. Parking and gated community and the overall tenants seem friendly and quiet.

Where do I begin to share my life experience as a renter @ The Bordeaux over these past 6 years??? For starters, the Manager/Michelle & Asst. Mgr./Austin are the sweetest & kindest young ladies that I've ever met & they take your concerns & requests very seriously - making sure that they are processed & you're left with great results. Having lived at the Bordeaux for the past 6 years has been a great experience - that's why I continue to renew my lease every year. So, if you're considering moving here - you're going to love it...now the only downside is that we don't have our own washers & dryers & a workout room...but, the staff makes up for the loss & the neighbors that surround you. It's like a little piece of Heaven. I live in the courtyard upstairs & I just love it. So, what are you waiting on - sign the lease and become a happy renter just like me! There are more pluses to living here than any other place in Houston - Memorial park is just right up the street - the galleria is also up the street along with Uptown Park...these are all just some of the icing on the cake...for what you get when you rent @ The Bordeaux! Get to steppin & join me @ The Bordeaux - you won't be Sorry! Signed the Happy Renter - RDS!

I lived there for a year and just recently moved out due to my job. It's a lovely community in a fantastic part of time. The apartments are older but you cannot beat the location and the well maintained common areas. I have 2 little girls and we felt very safe there and it was so very quiet. If I weren't leaving the city for my job, I would have definitly stayed another year.

Love it, Love it, Love it!!! Just rented an efficiency here that s on the second floor and I get to park my baby under the building directly under my apartment. The cute leasing guy in the office talked me into renting here cause I m newly single and memorial park is 30 seconds down the road where I can go jogging, kayaking and cycling hopefully make new friends and meet new people. The staff is so nice and accommodating. LOL the cute leasing guy even tore his suit jacket helping me get my sofa upstairs:( Totally Recommended this place if your a women in a big city looking for a safe apartment community.

OK so I just graduated university and this is my first apartment on my own. I have to say after shopping around for a few weeks this place is definitely the lowest priced rent in the most expensive part of town!! Also for me it couldn t be in a better location. I work in the galleria area so I m 5min from work, plus I love jogging and bike riding...memorial park is 5 min down the road two :)!!! The staff is super nice and the grounds are beautiful. I have to say I m very pleased :). Oh and not to mention the pool here is soooo gorgeous and private, perfect for working on my tan hehe.

Lived there for just shy of 5 years. Only reason I had to leave was the price was out of my current budget.

Where to start. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do (and I do mean EVERYTHING, especially the x-rated kind). There are no washer and dryer hook-ups so you have to, at times, wait all day for a free washer and dryer. The paint used is so cheap on the interior, that when you try to clean your walls, the paint comes right off. Someone in the neighborhood has a set of drums and you hear them beating them in the evening, it doesn't matter how loud you turn your TV up, you can still feel the bass. The water is filled with rust, which leaves stains in the tub, toilet and sink. You typically have to report an item several times before anyone even comes to look at it. Cars are broken into. The lawn guys come at 7:30 in the morning, so good luck trying to sleep in. The best thing about the Bordeaux is the landscaping and some of the neighbors. Obviously from other post, other neighbors have had better experiences that I have.

I have been a resident of the Bordeaux for 5 years. It has been one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. There three things I would like to bring out about it. Quaint- It is very low key and calm in this complex. People are very kind and everyone that I have seen here feels like an old friend. If your looking for peaceful, simple living this is your place. This place as chemistry and community. Quiet- The landscaping sets the tone for the property. You will find yourself wanting to stay outside and listen the trees and the winds. The construction is solid and neighbors are too. It is truly a sanctuary for the soul. Quality- The staff here really make this place a gym. You feel as if you are at the Omni hotel with their attention to detail. It is good when your apartment doesn't feel like an apartment but your home. I know into days world it all about relationship. We will spend money if we know we are cared for and wanted. This place offers that connection. You will feel the connection from day 1.

I know what youre thinking, is it really possible for an apartment complex to have a 93% approval rating? Well the Bordeaux is really that great. If you are looking for a nice QUIET complex this is it. Everyone who lives in this complex is professional, I believe in the year I lived there there was only one party. Michele is amazing and prompt to email you back. I will miss this complex this was the best thing about my stay in Houston. If you sign with them I promise you will be taken care of, Michele doesnt know how to disappoint. So be happy in my old home that I will miss, to the neighbors who will always say hi to you when they see you walking by, it was amazing. good luck in your apartment search but in the galleria area this is great for the price and you will be so happy here I know I was. This place used to force quiet on its tenants, but now it has children running around all afternoon, and loud music well into the night. The average age used to be around 45, now it is closer to 25.
