management the best close to I45 and beltway close to mall 20 mins from Deerbrook Mall 20 mins from Willowbrook Mall nice park across the street the people that complain are usually late on rent

Jamie the office manager is always very helpful and very honest. These apartments are very good and the Maintenance guys very helpful also. People say oh that it's a bad place to live but wherever you live you'll have problems anywhere, but here I don't see people hanging out or nothing if you go about ur business ur fine.

I have only lived here a few months, but I do enjoy living here and definately for the price. This is a small, quite complex with not too much noise. Yes you hear the occational loud music and children playing, but it's nothing to complain about. The new management is very friendly and dedicated in helping any way possible. Maintenance is excellent. I have only had a few work orders since i've been here (toilet and dryer) but they were able to come out and resolve the issue with no problem. Parking is decent. I have my own covered parking spot and have had no issues with any other tenant parking there. The space isn't in front of your door like other complexes, so you do have to walk a little. There are sometimes issues with the second entrance/exit gates. At times they will be broken, however with one call you can have it fixed. My car was broken into over the Christmas holidays however nothing was stolen but I think if I were to suggest improvements, it would definately be to have those gates COMPLETELY replaced. All in all I would suggest Durham to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS VERY UNSAFE, THEY STOLE MY CAR LIKE 2 TIMES. THEY NEVER FIX THE GATES. THE NEW "PROPERTY MANAGER" CLAUDIA IS HER NAME . SHE IS A FREAKING LYER ANYTHING SHE TELLS YOU TELL HER TO WRITE IT IN BLACK AND WHITE IN A PAPER. SHE SAYS SHE NEVER DOES A MISTAKE IN HER 11 YEARS OF HER CARRIER. LIE LIE LIE. I JUST LEFT FROM THERE THEY TRIED TO ---- ME UP WELL I ----ED THEY BACK BY LEAVING WITHOUT SAYING NOTHING! THEY TRYED TO CHARGE MEE 700 DOLLARS FOR LATE RENT. SHE HAD TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY THE DAY I LEFT THE APARTMENTS SINCE MY CONTRACT WAS GONNA END ALREADY I CONFIRMD WITH HER 3 TIMES BY PHONE AND BY PERSON. THE DAY I WENT SHE SAID SHE HAD NEVER SEEN ME IN HER LIFE SHE ALWAYS REMEMBERS FACES SHE TRYS TO ACT ALL NICE AND INNOCENT WELL SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHO TO LIE U CAN SEE IT STRAIGHT UP IN HER FACE. WELL I HOPE SHE REMEMBERS MINE NOW SINCE SHE AINT NEVER GONNA GET TO SEE ME AGAIN UNLESS WE BUMP UP TO EACH OTHE. AND NOW THE ASSISTANT OR WHOEVER SHE IS GHHHHHEEEEETTTTTOOOO. THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY. THIS APARTMENTS ARE PRETTY AND QUIET DURING THE DAY . AT NIGHT UNSAFE AND THE STAFF THEY ARE LYERS. READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE U SING ANYTHING AND WHATEVER THEY TELL U GET IT IN BLACK AND WHITE. =D

Hello. My husband, kids and I just moved in Durham last week. Our townhouse is so beautiful. We started our application process with Claudia who was very nice. We ended our process with Alexus who was so helpful and smiled the whole way through even when she didn't know the answer which she later would find out. So far the apartments are very quiet. I am glad we decided on Durham and I hope it stays that way!
