Durham has been great to me since I have moved in, there is a large beautiful park right across the street, there is a grocery store a couple minutes away walking distance and the mall is near by as well. I love this community because it is in a great location, just minutes away from the Beltway and Highway 45, making it so much easier for me to commute to work. The bus line is also here, along with several shops, and food places near by. The community staff is helpful, the security is nice, and it is a comfortable and affordable community.

The Durham at city view is one of Greenspoint's (Best kept secrets). I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone seeking comfort and convenience. I love the huge park right in front of the complex. Shopping strip, metro bus, convenience store, etc. In walking distance. I would like to thank Gina for being such a wonderful manager. I would like thank Sandra for being wonderful also very warm and caring for your needs. And the maintenance team is always professional and reliable. Thank you!!

Worse apt.complex known to man. I've asked to get things fixed, it's never done. Security guards are just here to be here. Parking is horrible. Towing trucks take your car. Do not give these guess any business no matter the rent pricing.

The worst experience ever these guys Change managers every other month for some reson maintenance and security is a joke

I work in the airport i have lived here for 7 years and yes i have had problems with maintance but they do get fixed right away . i will recommend them to my friends cause its a good place to live .

The Durham was horrible. The security is a joke. I came down one morning to find that my car had been broken into. While security supposedly found the punk who did it, no charges were ever filed. In addition, when I reported maintenance problems, nothing was done. You hear gunshots on a regular basis. No matter what they tell you, Greenspoint is better known as Gunspoint, and this apartment complex is a nightmare that doesn't care about its residents safety.

Horrible, horrible, horrible managers come and go every other month leasing agents do too no ones on The same page they (management and agents) give pricing for renewals and renters and play like they forget to get extra money even when you show them what they wrote Theyre response is oh that was a special its over now 1 to 2 days later theyre lazy With upkeep of property their cheep With repairs plastic parts when for a little more metal will last and yes they have Security hes usually in his Car if he walks around its only because he has to touch sensors randomly The dumpsters stay full people come dig out items to strip or take out dumpster which makes it worst some are maintenance staff u put a request in for extermenation they never show theyre always strange sewage smells in apartments water is usually brown or not working but your charged for water your main breaker boxes are outside Kids play in them i came home lights were off i immediately called around to c why they couldnt fivire it out so My company sent someone only to charge me 57.00 due to Kids cutting them off i was told tbeyve noticed several were open and Kids running from their when asked if they could be locked management said it would cause a hassle....!!what, ok so basicly keep allowing me to pay so they can play, also mail is tampered With boxes are broken open and it takes about one to Two weeks for replacements so much herepast ready to move last but never least their is a shrine where a baby or child was killed not sure of all details but its sad, cars fly thru alreadu conjested parking area

I lived here a yr and a half, they said they would fix my loose carpet and other small things like door hinges. They never did, people walk around the apartments all times of night. 1 security car 4 several apts didn't keep NO crime down. Apartments were getting broken into alot, people would just jump the gate. We went through several managers in the office, the last 1 was the cherry. The 1 office manager that cared about residents had improved alot and when I agreed to renew they gave me my floor plan with price and a date to move. They changed managment before i could transfer (Thank God) the new lady was rude demanding me to come to the office on her time. She didn't agree to price on my floor plan sheet and told me I had to pay $50.00 more. The office staff was telling people to put their apts in other peoples names. They smoke weed in front of the office, kids, elderly NO MORALS AT ALL!!! Parking was a nightmare, and I moved out..

This apartment complex is a joke. First of all it is a large complex with only 2 maintenance men who are both very friendly but very poor english and not the most efficient. Secondly, the regularly alternated mangers have ALL been EXTREMELY rude, VERY poor customer service, and totally unprofessional- also refused to give corporate/property mangement's number. It is not a safe neighboorhood by any means and over the past almost 2 years of being here i have had well over 20 maintenance issues, some of which were reoccurring because improperly repaired. I also had my door kicked in which the frame was then literally glued and nailed back together...?! Furthermore, to even have maintenance FINALLY show up will take literally about 2 weeks MINIMUM. To make an already long story short, i wouldn't even reccommend living here to my worst enemy.

The townhouse that I'm living in ok, however, you ave no ceiling fan in the living room,or adequate light. I ave seen a couple of roaches in the one years I've stayed there but the gnats are a headache. The gate stays broke, the management is ok but the change up frequently, The parking space is a hassle,most of the time residence can't get a parking space because the visitors takes them all. The area is DANGEROUS, just stay on your toes because you may get robbed. The security isn't worth a damn. So good luck in the hood.
