I have been living here for a long time and I have seen several managers come and go...but this last one is one of the worst. Her name is Collista, and she is the second worst manager on this property. She doesn't care about the safety of the tenents or their property. There has been several cars broken into and apartments broken into in the past 4- 5 months. There have been complaints about people that don't belong here and tenant leasing their apartments out to friends that are causing issues with no response. Management see this stuff is going on and they are still not doing anything about it. You would think they would get some security...but no..I haven't seen any security yet. Kids having sex in the wash room after the office closes. Kids running around and turning off building power at night...causing tenants power to shut off in their homes...nothing done about it. You would think they valued the good and loyal tenents but no...their the ones getting hasled more not the trouble makers. This is how bad it is...they have tenents doing illegal things on the property with a police officer living on the property...but nothing is done (they know someone in the office)...get it. I thought this place was a safe and nice place when I first moved here but as the years passed ....the management they have been hiring have gotten worst and worst. Tenents found dead in their apartments and people coming on the property attaching tenents that live here to the point to where people have been found dead on the property. They really don't care about the tenent...but you better make sure you pay your rent on time. I would not recommend this place to a homeless dog. When my lease is up...they do not have to worry about me and my family on this property anymore. Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/TX-Houston-Peninsula-Park-1550558.html#ixzz2b1Oa3kRs

This Apartment Complex is a great place to live in. The management is very good. They dont tolerate any foolishness and for that reason the tenants that cause it are not happy. To be able to have a good and safe place to live, rules have to be established and followed. I am a young wife. Mother of a 9yr girl and a 7mo. baby boy, and I feel completely safe here. Maintenance is awesome and love the management. I would not mind living here for ever.

Been living here 4yrs and I promise it's ashame how office management is beyond ride, aren't concerned about there residents well being as well as safety for tenants! The manager Stephanie came in and kicked several residents out to move in several of her family members. On the weekends they run a sting with the Constable checking residence as well as visitors as they come and go! You would swear it was a jail! As soon as my lease ends I'm moving! If you are looking for a place to move don't pick Peninsula Park!!

I have visited the property on several occasion and can say I would never move there. The staff is rude and are very vindictive. They have no consideration for a person well being. They are about money and that is it. They lease apartments sight unseen. They lease them before the tenant who live in them can move-out. I would not recommend them to anyone. They took my money at one point. Then couldn't find me anywhere to stay after I explain that my family and I were to be homeless in a matter of weeks. Thanks be to God I was able to find my family somewhere else to go at the last minute. I don't reccomend these apartments at all.

I have lived here and still do since 05. Quiet place at first but after the first year everythiing went downhill. The parking is horrible. I have to park 3-4 buildings accross from mine to get a spot. The mice problem was fixed but have a roach infestation for 3 years now. I hardly ever stay in my apartment always on the road. It is terrible to come back and see roaches running all over the place. I have had the appartment exterminated 4 times and neither time have I seen a dead roach. I used the raid bombs and came back 2 days later and roaches were dead all over the place. YET that did not fix the problem. A girl did get attacked, a garbage can got lit on fire. Kids on horses at night and 4 wheelers. No loud music is one good thing. But overall it is horrible but considering the area...you get what you pay for..... again PARKING is HORRIBLE.

I lived in the apartments when it first opened,2005, for one year, while the price was right, the mice scared the mess out of me the first time I saw it...I thought about that open field next to the apartments. The leasing office wasn't concerned by far. Now this was back in 2005, so hopefully things have gotten better. I lived in the 3 bedroom section in the back and that area was quiet, I know they keep a crazy waiting list, like 2-3 years long. I HIGHLY belive in you pay for what you get and this is the type of place, you can't expect too much. As my year lease was ending, I did go ahead and leave just because I could tell the property was going down. I think one girl got attacked but I heard it was a personal matter. I never use to read reviews before I moved in but now I will definately go back and help someone at places I have stayed.

I moved into the apartments two years ago. When I first moved there I was satisfied. Now, I would not wish the apartments on my worst enemy. They allow section 8 and housing. That's where the problem brings. I had neighbors who blocked my garage, played loud music, shootings, and dogs running wild. The leasing agents and management are worthless, they do not react to complaints. I guess you get what you pay for. I had a 2bed/2bath for 540.00. Oh, do not be surprise if they want to inspect your apartment at least three times a month. Pease Be Aware of Government Apartments.
