Tenant Reviews for 4855 West Fuqua

I moved into the Peninsula two months after they were built. I just recently moved from them in November of 2007. When I first moved into the apartments it was a very quiet neighborhood but as time progressed the residents and noise level became too unbearable. The apartment itself is very nice for the low price of rent paid. The apartments change management too much! Once you get used to one group there's another group coming in the door. Throughput my stay there, there was 4 managers, about 5 leasing agents, 3 assistant managers.

They look very nice but alot of people;s car getting broken into.

My sister lives in the apartments and I came by to visit from out of town. I stayed over the weekend and it was nice and quiet. I'm thinking about looking into moving into these apartments once I move back to Houston

I only have one complaint! The noise level from the neighbor above us is bad. I can hears when they walk, run, use the restroom just everything they do.

This apartments were nice, quiet but not any longer they are loud dirty and people stay up all times of the night with loud music and talking, yelling very loud, they have no consideration for those of us that actually have to get up in the morning for work the police have also been called several times due to the noise complaint. I do not recommend this apartments unless you like to stay up all night!

For the most part the complex is okay, but lately that have been having an issue with mice. Many residents have been complaining about this issue. I don't believe that management is too concerned about it. Other than that the grounds stay fairly clean and the parking is not too much of a problem.
