I love this community, it is quiet and kept. The office staff is great and knowledgable ( Patricia, Brenda). The maintenance Crew, work extremely hard and they care about you being comfortable in your home (Sergio). I have been a resident for over 7 years and Everyone is nice and friendly, very helpful. The location of the property is SMACK dab in the middle of everything, so the commute is never far. NorthChase Village is my home and I invite all to come to experience GREATNESS!!!! I have been here since October 2015. I can honestly say that my first year living here was wonderful. The neighbors are really friendly and the front office was really helpful (I say was because it is all new staff now). My husband and I had no problems with renewing our lease the first time because it truly was THE place to live. However, during our second year here, problems started to accrue. These were small problems mind you. We struggled with Valet trash for almost a year; them refusing to collect our trash or accusing us of violating trash rules. Through MANY phone calls with Valet and the property manager, we are able to get this resolved only after a year. Because of Valet, and a few minor issues, we didn't want to renew our contract for a third year. We ended up renewing because the property manager was willing to work with us and help us resolve all our issues. It is nearing our lease and we will not be renewing. This place isn't the same as it was 2 years ago. New management came in and pretty much changed how Northchase Village is. The parking is worse than it ever has (being I have to park 2 buildings away on most nights). Don't get me wrong, this is a wonderful complex. The residents are friendly, the property manager is awesome, and the whole place is beautiful. It just isn't worth the $957/month anymore. The apartments are slightly over priced and Karya is not willing to work with you if you get paid after the 3rd of each month.

Just renewed my lease and on my second year renting in this clean, safe and beautiful apartment. Love this place I call my home. Every time I have new guests they would give compliments about how nice the place is. So far I haven't encountered any problem at all since day one of renting here. Apartment is well maintained, neighbors are quiet and office staffs are super nice and and helpful. The apartment is close to everything from the bus stop, gas stations, restaurants, mall and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thank you Northchase Village for giving the opportunity to rent!

Great staff! The manager has a great personailty and makes sure everything is looking on point! Would definitly lease another year. Its quiet and everyone around is nice as well maintance is always there when you need them

I have been here for 5 years, and yes it does change a bit.....but this is what stays the same; Patricia and Brenda do so much for the residents. If you are patient and polite, they go above and beyond to make your environment feel like a safe home. Maintenance staff is nice and efficient. Things get done in a timely manner. Safety is a big plus for me since I have a small child. It is a gated community with cameras, and a safety officer walks the premises. Im a diligent resident so I DO NOT leave anything in my vehicle for wandering eyes. Parking can be hard to find and that is why i pay for a carport; it is a reasonable cost for a complex in this area. They have valet trash pick up which is heaven sent, and the grounds are always kept clean and nice. Roaches are NOT a problem for me since i always clean and pick up, they exterminate on Fridays if you request an appointment in advance. You can also be diligent and speak to your neighbors if they are having a problem that is spilling over to your apartment. Getting to know your neighbors is a big help, and communication is best when you now who your neighbors are. Patricia and Brenda are always scheduling community evens to get to know your neighbors. Overall this is a great place to live. The management makes you feel like family (Be respectful, communicate and kind. We are all human), maintenance is efficient (submit your requests on line or over phone with respect), it is safe (Be diligent and dont leave stuff in your car or outside your door for thieves). Dont be a dirty dan and keep your home clean so you wont have a roach issue (Common sense). I hope you give this place a chance its awesome and close to everything!!
