'-Office staff is slow to handle issues. Non communicative. -Theres a theft problem on this property. -Valet trash is inconsistent with picking up trash. -Entrance gates broken for 7 months I would not recommend living in this community

So far it has been decent. Ive only been here a month so I have more time to determine quality of living here. I dont have much else to say. Staff was nice. Community is quiet. Seems safe for families.

The apartments are really nice, neighbors really dont bother you, pests are at a low count, so if you have bugs thats really on you. stay clean. the pool is nice, the gym is currently being renovated but im looking forward to it being finished. overall ill give this place an 8/10. (only because the walls seem thin and i can hear my upstairs neighbor constantly)

Being a returning resident NorthChase is a Great Family Community. Havent received any issues when I first moved in back in 2013 or when I returned this year of 2021. Management and staff is great and has remained consistent. Would definitely recommend this place

Management and staff at Northchase Village are awesome! The community is great and the apartments exceed expectations. Other apartments in the area pale in comparison. I highly recommend Northchase!!!!

North lake Manor maintenance is great . Works quickly & very friendly. I just love it . The apartments keep you updated & making payments & maintenance request are easy to make on the website. I would recommend these apartments. They are quiet , & clean

It is average..living in a broken apartment for past 2 months after uri storm still they havent fixed the Sheetrock. Requested the office to send a maintenance staff ASAP to check on the apartment since it started smelling of mold but no response as usual!! Very poor dont know why am I even paying full amount rent !!

I love Nortchase the property is neat and the facilities are good but my area of concern is security, since we packed in the entrance gate to my apartment has never been closed i will appreciate if quick repair is made to fix it. Then our security will be okay. Thanks

Everyone was nice, I received a tour from Ms.Kimberly she was very sweet and she helped me find a apt that was at my price range also she answered all my questions which was a bonus for me it shows she is educated in her work as well as going out her way to show me apt that they didn't have a available for tour which i thought was extremely nice i fell in-love with apt and cant wait to move in .
