I spent almost two hundred dollars on application fees for this complex, was required to use some sketchy software that logs in to your bank account to check income called Payscore, and then was completely ghosted. I felt like I was scammed. Luckily, my bank gives me full control over the data shared with third party software and also processed a charge back. The software company (based in California) most likely sells this information if not worse. Also, they are paying for an absurd amount of fake reviews on Google. It's blatantly obvious bot accounts with duplicate reviews. It'd honestly be funny if they weren't getting away with stealing so many folks hard earned money.

Where should I start. I’ve lived at these apartments for 4 years. When I first moved in the staff was nice, they communicated and they cared. Gates worked on and off but off most of the time. This new management is horrible. Shows no care for their residents and it’s not the office staff fault. It’s the property managers fault because it’s the way she runs the property and the staff have no choice but to do what their told by her. She runs this place as if it was a prison in my opinion. She is rude and money hungry. There is vehicle breaks-ins often and there has been a few apartment burglaries as well including right next door to me. I have three children so just imagine how scary that could be. When I contacted the office regarding my car almost being stolen, all I was told is that they are not law enforcement and they can’t do nothing further than make awareness to the other residents like we don’t already know what’s going on. Since the new management, the gates have not worked and they have been here for over 2 years now. Just recently the property manager complained about the trash which is completely understandable, however the fact that they just now put cameras up and not to protect the residents from the burglaries but to see who is dumping the trash at the trash areas. There is a huge dumpster sitting in the front of the apartments with trash around it for everyone to see. The property manager walks around the apartments and will bang on your door to tell you about your trash can on your porch. She heard my dog barking and instead of her checking my file, she tries to charge me for my ESA animal. Twice this has happen. When talking with a lady by the name of Jasmine, who does not work their anymore, lost all my files that I turned in regarding my ESA pet. Even after resubmitting my files, they still failed to check my files before attempting to charge me (WITHOUT WARNING). Before placing my 60 day notice, I did not receive a renewal letter because they claim they were too busy to get around to it knowing my 60 days were coming up. When I called about the a renewal letter, I was told I could wait for the letter before putting my 60 day in. Reason I didn’t want to wait because its not easy finding a new home in this economy. Three days after my 60 days start I still did not receive a renewal letter, so I proceeded with putting my 60 days in. I’m glad I did because after talking with one of the other property managers, she was also rude to me. I put in the “reason for leaving” was because I felt unsafe for my family. She didn’t like that and tried to bribe me with they are finally getting security to live on the property, but this is already after 4 years of living here. The she also stated that she didn’t want to write up the renewal letter because it will be a waste of her paperwork if I was going to leave anyway but at the time I was basing my decision on if my rent will go up as it did every year I was living there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Overall, this was by far the worse experience in renting an apartment I’ve ever had.

RENTER BEWARE: I was kind with my review but now will put a renter beware on here: we just moved out. We got over a thousand in charges over things I have never been charged for. We cleaned the apartment, spackled walls, took trash out, and left all keys. They insisted we get professional cleaning and work done to the apartment. They wanted us to pay out our pocket to move out? What type of insanity? The move out list was longer than 20 items. A full page long. Imagine moving into a subpar apartment and the leasing company expecting a luxury apartment back. I'm flabbergasted to say the least. I was charged for everything from "drip pans" to "single nails". After 10+ years of living in apartment I have never seen anything like. There's a reason this management team is having trouble leasing, they are crooked. Please refrain from giving them any of your business, find a leasing company worth your time and energy. I have never in my life been so scammed and disappointed by a complex. A shame for the prices they want to charge for units in a subprime location. Renter beware. Go into Spring, deeper into 1960 or into town but not to this complex. Very disappointed in how they handle their current and forever resident. Shameful.

Ignorant, inconsistent, and un empathetic staff never mind the issues in the apartments the staff needs a reality check, their unprofessional behaviors when handling tenants concerns and when you ask for an update on any of those concerns you won’t get one just a completion date that keeps changing.

I just moved into North Chase Apartments! Jasmine the office Admin Coordinator is awesome! She worked very very hard to get me the apartment I wanted! Awesome work Jasmine! I really appreciate Dadrian Leasing professional! Wonderful young man. Goes above and beyond.

New management is inept. Security lights are busted on some stairwells, sidewalk gates do not work. Pool is closed. Painted doors are peeling, and the trash compactor is too small, so there is a big ugly dumpster. They do not care at all. The new manager tells everyone she lives here, like does that make it better??? It's a quiet complex, but they are running it into the ground.

I must say that I love my community! As a tenant for almost 3 years, they have never let me down! Today I had a crucial issue, I accidentally broke my key in my door. Both Aaliyah and Lynetta did an amazing job with assisting me! They not only were quick, but extremely kind and helpful. If you are looking for a clean, safe and kid friendly community, Northchase village is where you should be!

The office staff & maintenance staff are very responsible addressing any issues. I guess my only issue is the Valet Trash they do not pick up as indicated, and there is never an explanation as to why, so I end up taking my trash to the dumpster. Although, I am paying for this service monthly, I am disappointed in this service.

'-Office staff is slow to handle issues. Non communicative. -Theres a theft problem on this property. -Valet trash is inconsistent with picking up trash. -Entrance gates broken for 7 months I would not recommend living in this community

I have lived here for 3 years and have been pleased. The staff is very easy to work with and courteous even during a pandemic. Maintenance does a good job to handle complaints in a timely manner. Metro has a stop very near for easy access.
