Amazing establishment. Staff always different events and activities for the residents. It truly does make me feel appreciated as a resident and I am always looking forward to seeing what future events will be held.

Wow, let me tell you about Cambridge Oaks! The people here are seriously amazing. Isaiah, the Resident Assistant greeted us with a nice smile and took us on a nice tour of the property. He went above and beyond to answer any questions and provide help when needed. The apartments themselves are pure comfort and style. Spacious, well-designed units packed with nice granite countertops and modern appliances. It’s clear that the folks take pride in keeping Cambridge Oaks in tip top shape. The sense of community felt during the tour was also something to note. We noticed several residents enjoying BBQ while poolside, folks were playing sand volleyball and everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Lastly, can’t forget about the manager, Zamitri. He’s a rockstar! His attention to detail and dedication to making sure our needs were met was amazing. I can tell he was they type of person to juggle a million things and still make you feel like you’re the most important person in the world. To sum it all up, Cambridge Oaks is the real deal. From the incredible outgoing staff to the vibrant community, this is the place to be.

I started staying at Cambridge Oaks during my Sophomore year of college here at University of Houston and my stay has been great! The management team is super kind and students actually work in the front office so you can get first hand knowledge about staying on UH campus as a college undergraduate. Cambridge made me feel like I was seen and supported not only at the complex but as an aspiring student as well. Shout out to Lindsey and Zamitri in the office! They rock

The fact that it’s so close to campus is what I love the most! And they have tons of events here you can really feel the sense of community. All the staff goes out their way to make you feel included.

this is the second year i have lived in this complex and honestly worst mistake of my life. they are inconsiderate to the fact that their customers are college students and security is absolutely trash. a girl had her car stolen at gunpoint in front of the front office in broad daylight and Cambridge did NOTHING to increase security or protect their residents afterwards. all security does is sit on the stairs in the front and talk on the phone all day. they are never there when you need them and even if they were they probably would not be any help. the apartments are also small and never cleaned properly when you move in. despite renovations back in 2016 they still have ants EVERYWHERE. yah the RA's are great like most of the good reviews say but they ask you to do that and what is the point of having a good RA if the apartments are not safe. if you are thinking of renting an apartment close to UH, do yourself a favor and rent one 15 minutes out into the city for a better price and MUCH better quality.

Hi! I'm here to specially talk about their excellent staffs. Specially, Tomi Gbolabo helped me with a very complicated issue with my leasing going out of his way. I really appreciate his help and as I mentioned above, my overall experience with the staff here has been excellent!!

Keep looking for other apartments, DO NOT get lazy and settle on Cambridge because it seems like the cheapest option. I do not understand how this place is allowed to operate. I complained about MOLD growing in my apartments for three months before anyone even came out to look at it. When they got there it had spread two feet each direction not to mention we had to deal with the maintenance crew for a month while they fixed. This place is also NOT SAFE. we have had bikes stolen off the rack and cars broken into. Security is a joke and you should not feel safe staying here. The units were built in a hurry so they are all disgusting and the appliances in there work about half the time. I promise you will regret staying here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The price can be appealing but I promise even at that, it is not worth it. I read the bad reviews and thought people were just being dramatic but they weren't, this place is awful. We are currently in world wide emergency due to this virus occurring, people, including I are losing their jobs and all Cambridge is worried about is charging their monthly rent. Whoever is in the decision making group, are the most inconsiderate people. Apart from how inconsiderate these people are, the place is awful. Bugs and roaches all in the rooms, staff hates their job so they're not much help, whole place smells like weed so they obviously do not take security very seriously Pretty close to campus, so I guess that's good....except for the times when you were in a hurry and the main exit gate was broke, so you were late to class. The only good thing about this place was one of the maintenance workers that was nice. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Great apartment complex! Close to the university of Houston. A bit on the expensive side, but the convenience of walking distance is totally worth it. Overall, great experience, and a definite recommendation!

really horrible experience here! The price is high but the apartment is terrible, the staff is rude and useless. Frequent water outage, old amenities. Roaches everywhere and don't choose the 2b2b with 4 people, you may have roommate problem and their "know nothing staff" won't help you at all.
