I would recommend this property. Lower rent for the same type of unit in this area. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Tommy and his team care and give outstanding service. Shop around and come back here!

This place use to be a 5 star property 3 years ago, the staff is amazing, the location is great, the pool and hot tub are great all year round and the interior of the apartments are nice but the property has taken a down fall. In the last few months there have been several vehicle break-ins. The break-ins were happening often, our car was one of them which ended up having 10k in damage because it was a luxury brand! The staff didn't do much at the time and again the cameras just missed it happening.. Hmm odd id say. When all of these things were occurring the office did nothing to inform residents or increase security, and the gates to garage always seem to broken, sometimes for days on end. The hallways seem to always smell like weed and I even found a crack baggy in the hall while walking my dog. I wasn't going to leave a review because the office staff has always been so nice but the icing on the cake was when our 2k bikes were stolen from what was said to be a secure location to lock up your bikes. Come to find its not so safe and no cameras watch the areas. Our neighbor even had her mirror cap from her Mercedes Benz stolen. I defiantly would take a closer look before signing that lease and don't be enticed by the "specials" once you lower your prices and offer crazy deals you always are lowering the future integrity of the property.

I love this community! It is beautiful and the location is great! The staff is awesome and welcoming and the rooftop is my favorite place to be!

Great apartment complex with great management

Been 1 month and i could not have asked for better service, view or hospitality. Management is one the best i have encountered. Very professional and quick to respond with any concerns or questions i may have. Kudos to Tommy and his outstanding team!!
