I had a really great tour at this apartment community! The staff was super welcoming and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. They answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The apartments were clean and updated, and I loved the layout and finishes. The amenities were also a huge plus—especially the rooftop and EV charging. You can tell they really take care of the place. Overall, it was a really positive experience and definitely one of my top picks so far!

I recently toured Millennium High Street and was so impressed! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. The modern design, high-end finishes, and clean, open layout of the apartments really stood out. The amenities are top-notch—especially the rooftop lounge and resort-style pool. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of River Oaks District, with amazing walkability to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It definitely feels like luxury living with a strong sense of community. I’m seriously considering making Millennium High Street my next home!

Vanessa showed me around the community. She was patient and very detailed. She showed me multiple apartments, the amenities and even the beautiful rooftop. I can't wait until my lease is up to move to Millennium.

My boyfriend and I love it here! Our apartment, the location, and the amenities exceed our expectations. The office staff and maintenance staff have been great! They have been extremely kind and helpful, which I did not experience at my last apartments. We highly recommend!

I've been extremely impressed with this complex as well as the management in the time I've lived at Millennium. Management has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and have been punctual when it comes to repairs needed at my apartment. The complex is also clean, well manicured and safe! Would recommend living here to anyone.

When we first moved here 5 years ago when the Manager Tommy was here everything was perfect! No break ins, elevators worked, the building was always clean. Then Tommy left everything went down to breaking in apartments, vehicles , place dirty, and it has become ------,, then Torri came along she fixed the problems, then thing's started happening again, then Timothy came along, he made a lot of changes that were great. Everything was perfect, then he left, now there's new management that is no good. Elevators have been out for awhile especially the one in the parking garage that's been out for a few months and have never been fixed. This is an ongoing issue, Fire alarms are always going off, the building i live in is so filthy, maintenance doesn't keep up with you when you report your issues, The management doesn't answer or return phone calls, dogs, urine and poop everywhere and stays in the building for day's, there's been a lot of of break ins into vehicles, vehicles are stolen, garage doors are always going out. This is too much! I'm glad that we'll be moving out soon! This is not a safe inviroment to be living at. So I advise you not to rent this apartment complex.

In major need of updates/upgrades that management refuses to address and down plays concerns. Like many others have mentioned in past reviews, the apartment unit itself is fine but there are major issues with the amenities and management. Pros: •Near shopping and Restaurants •Apartment unit itself in good condition •Close to Fwy •Community events Cons: •Fire alarm randomly alarms late at night/early morning regularly each month for several months now •Elevator to rooftop has been out of service for several months. You have to walk up flights of stairs to access. •Garage gate breaks down at least once a month for several days and sometimes over a week at a time allowing anyone to enter and security concern •Pool area fire pit has been out of service for several months. Also some tenants have their dogs in the pool/hot tub. •TV near the pool area do not work with not remote or instructions for operation. •Carpet in public hallway areas is in major need of replacement. Heavy dirt and animal droppings are visible often. • Charge $50 administrative fee for online electronic rent payment and will not accept any other payment methods. Hiding admin. fees varies per tenant •Management should informed tenants when maintenance will do repairs that will cause loud noises in the area the work with be preformed. That rarely happens unless it is building wide. •Gym is small and outdated. TV’s in the gym do not work. Wi-Fi in the gym will not work but only in lobby area. Sanitize wipes constantly out of stock. Dumbbells weight missing from the rack to complete the dumbbell set. •Lot’s of trash on the parking garage levels, Some areas missing trash containers. •Key fobs intermit working with door readers/garage gate. Several times tenants have been locked out or unable to use key fobs to access the building. With that said, for the price management is charging at this location you can find plenty other modern/updated apartment buildings for same if not less rental prices.

Living here in 2019 was amazing (building, location), but then a change in management & staff towards the end of 2019 led to a significant downhill chain of events. I gave the property a break March - May 2020 while we all grappled with life in the global pandemic, but there is no excuse for the lack of access to management, amenities, maintenance requests, etc that we experienced June - August 2020. The negligence and severe lack of professionalism at Millennium High Street is not what I paid for when moving into this complex and is certainly not acceptable. The Dinerstein company should be embarrassed and ashamed at what they allowed to go on (or "not" go on) at Millennium High Street and they should also take accountability. - The management and office staff were completely unreachable, inaccessible and unresponsive from March - August 2020. The doors to the office downstairs were literally locked, so you couldn't even go speak with someone. The staff were also not answering the phones, so unless you were interested in signing or resigning a lease here, they ignored the residents. The office lobby was closed for almost 6 months, while all of our neighboring complexes had been open for months; the staff here were hiding. - Outstanding maintenance requests, taking up to 15 days to resolve. Millennium High Street's maintenance team (2 people) continued to work on vacant apartments while paying tenants waited. This was not maintenance's fault, they are awesome; management's direction is to blame. - Recurring cockroaches despite Terminix treatments and a meticulously clean apartment. After failed treatments, management told me to keep my drains plugged; I've plugged my drains during the days and nights for more than 8 months and I still find cockroaches in each room of my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We've even caulked all cracks and re-weather stripped the hallway and balcony doors. The cockroaches are coming through the walls/electrical openings/plumbing etc. This is a building issue and leads to an unhealthy place to live. Management is aware the outside mulch has not been changed for more than one year and that pests are living under the mulch. - Packages get stolen. When the office was closed for almost 6 months, the package carriers were unable to leave any packages anywhere other than the Parcel Pending area or outside the building. When the parcel lockers were full, or the carrier didn't feel like putting the packages in the lockers, the boxes would sit in a big pile as a free for all. I had a package stolen and management did nothing. In fact, the manager at the time complained to me about the package carriers and advised me to call them. I was left to absorb the problem and cost. - Amenities were closed for more than 5 months. Even the restrooms had a padlock on them, refer to my photos. We continued to pay the same amount of rent with no access to amenities for 5+ months of our lease. The neighboring properties amenities were open a minimum 2-3 months before Millennium High Street; I called the office multiple times asking to get an update on when our pool would reopen and my calls went unanswered, voicemails never returned. - Residents and their guests not wearing masks despite a global pandemic leads to unsafe living conditions. 9 out of 10 residents here still do not wear masks (Sept 2020). March-August 2020 masks were not being recommended nor enforced by this property; they only had mask signs by the mail room/parcel lockers/locked office doors (so first floor, on left side of building) - that is it. No signs nor hand sanitizer, whatsoever, anywhere else in the building. The elevator on my side of the building didn't even have a calendar, let alone any CDC or mask reminders. This complex brought in a new manager named Torrie at the end of August 2020. That same week, they opened the amenities, opened the office doors and put up mask signage. I believe Torrie will make a positive impact on this apartment community (she genuinely cares) and will do her best to turn this property around, but that does not forgive what the paying residents endured the past 6 months. Shame on you, Dinerstein Company, shame on you.

I love this community because of the location and local restaurants. I use to live in midtown a year ago, and it wasn't my cup of tea. I needed a new environment with more professional vibes. I am impressed by the amount of detail
