States that there is black mold in her apartment in the vents. Has given management 6 months and 1 week to fix but there is still no resolution. Roof leaks, shingels where replaced but base board was not vents in hallway clogged with paint and mold. Miss Ducree will be sending images. Black mold all around vents, Has all symptoms of black mold affects.
At Bayou Park apartments . Since I have lived here the water has been shut off like 50 times in the year I have lived here and most of the time if not all the time the water is brown / reddish .
door frame is warped and citizen has been addressing the issue with management for 6 months. they are not able to securely lock the door and have to barricade themselves inside at night because the door can just be pushed open.
Sewer overflow from the inside of the apts has been converted over to the outside flowing from a hooked up pipe on to the ground
we have a giant dumpster full of household garbage for 2+ months full and leaching some fluid into the drains. The smell is disgusting . This apt owner is nasty , shady, unable to do anything, staff is as bad as they get over here . Please have solid waste or code enforcement come fine these people for not pulling this container out of here . We can't breath near it .

The back dumpster by the gym at Bayou Park Apartments is always overflowing and waste is scattered across the lot.
The water pipes are rusted and chunks of rust come out of the faucet. HereÆs a photo of the water line. The water is also orange and staining the bathtub and toilet orange.
