I like the privacy, quietness of the establishment. Management works with it's tenants to make sure their needs are met. Every month management has something going on for us, they always make sure we are aware of any concerns they might have. Their prices are affordable and flexible.

From the beginning as soon as I stepped into the building the leasing agent was so cheerful and welcoming. She assited me right away answered all my questions, took me on a tour and made me feel like this would be my home and now it is. The other staff members are very welcoming as well i really recommened everyone to lease here.

The staff is extremely courteous and professional. They respond quickly to requests, and the property is very well maintained. My only complaint is that living downstairs can be a little noisy at times, but coming from living in a house with lots of privacy, it has been a very pleasant experience.

So far my experience has been amazing! I like the promptness of how this are taking care of and how situations are handled. They are aware of the surroundings and do everything in their power to keep the residents safe. A very nice, clean and well kept community! Great place to live!

I just moved in less than two weeks ago, so far the experience has been great, had a leak in the bathroom and maintenance took care of it right away, my apartment was very clean when I moved in, very happy here

Great staff in the office. Maintaince is on top of his game, and very nice community. I highly recommend anyone who is interested to lease here. You will not be disappointed if you decide to live here.

Very nice community. Close to 1960, and Champions shopping areas. Very competitively . priced. Lush lanscaping and pet friendly. Always seem to have ample parking, and clean parking areas. Wish I could see more of a nighttime security presence, cautious about safety after dark.

I've been in at Legacy champion Apartments for about two and a half years,we had no problem with staff or anyone at the community... I love the way the staff and the tennis treat me. I am a retired disabled veteran everyone in the community is very respectful, that means a lot to me.

Very good office staff are wonderful people especially leasing agent Rachel she has Helped me and my family throughout our whole application process I would highly recommend family and friends to apply.
