My Name is Robert; I have lived here for 7 months and love it here. I love living here because it's always clean and property is well maintained. the office ladies are awesome, friendly and helpful. Crystle and Monica are always friendly and nice; they take care of residents. Domingo and Juan are on top of their job, with property.

Great amenities, great staff, great maintenance personnel. Very quite . I like that fact that its close to all the main stores and restaurants. Close to willowbrook mall and not far from major highways and toll roads

The water in my restroom have been running for 6 months non stop I have talked to everybody in the office still nothing have been done it’s a shame for the tenants to have to live like this .it’s rusting and molding everywhere any good lawyer numbers because 6 months is ridiculous

Never have I felt so discriminated in my life. The leasing agent act as if she was trying to detour me from being interested in the property. It's like she judged me and didn't want me to live there. She act like she didn't know any answers to my questions and supposedly she didn't have that many vacancies. I found out later that same day she had just profiled someone else earlier. I ran into this other woman while touring another complex and she too had visited legacy earlier and they told her they didn't have any vacancies nor any models to show her. This place is racist

From the time that I seen the apartment complex online till the time that I met the staff the whole experience was phenomenal. The community is great and the location is to die for everything is right down the street. And my apartment is very clean and I can tell that the staff took into consideration every detail.

I have been. here for a week now and so far so good. I love it here. I love the fact that it is super secure and stores are easily accessible from here. Great staff and great location. It is very peaceful and quiet here.

Wonderful experience i love it here very fast & friendly staff is wonderful maintenance is very nice & fast they don't bother you not all on your business very helpful spacious rooms love the stand up shower

Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently but beware of neighbors if they don't like you for whatever reason they will call in on everything they see you do and make up things to go along with it . It's neat and quite but could use some updating apartment homes don't come with microwaves and some things are a little out dated but it's in a great location and it's a safe location just be cautious of the bus stop that sits in front because it attracts all types of walks of life I won't be renewing my lease at this location only because of all the false complaints not at all based on the property it's a nice place to live

So far it nice living in this community. Convenient access to stores, shops on transportation line, in spring independent school districts, school bus . Pick up and drop off school children FM 1960 is great.
