I think the title pretty much describes this disaster of a property, The Millennium Greenway. I lived at this frat house for 2 years and let me tell you it went from being a place I was happy to call my home to a place I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The staff and building was awesome when I first leased my apartment, they had some issues with units being ready due to construction but always made sure we were satisfied. We had awesome resident functions, the pool was a great place to lay out and bring some friends, and the parking was always tight but not unbearable. I am so glad I moved out of this community, the management and staff had gone done everytime the manager changed. Lets just say the new manager is perfect for the property, she is just as trashy as the complex. Whoever manages this property, I say take a look around and see what is going on..

This is the worst apartment I have lived in and I have lived in 8 different apartment complex's. The walls are so thin, on a Monday night I got the cops called on me because me and my wife were watching tv at 7pm, wow!!! If a dog barks within a 100 yards you can hear it. The parking is sooooo bad, no visitor parking spots and the spots for residents are so narrow. I had someone hit my car in the parking garage and leave no note. The management is horrible and will not work with you at ALL. All in all do not live here and do not even stop by.

I currently live in this apartment complex, but not for long. They advertise as "pet friendly" but recently have been enforcing new rules where you cannot take your dog ANYWHERE on the property except for the dog walk. Their dog walk is an approximately 50 foot long mud pit that doesn't have any grass or lights so if you take your dog out early in the morning or late in the evening you cannot see anything. I have also been outside multiple times to run into a homeless man who set up shop right at the end of the dog walk. The staff was notified of this and nothing was done. As for the staff - it is constantly changing and they are not very helpful. I have put in requests for pest control to come spray for roaches (which I have seen since day 1 of living here) and the woman in the front office argued about how pest control couldn't do anything about it. Also, I've had multiple times where maintenance has walked into my apartment - without any notice AND without knocking - for things that I wasn't even aware needed to be taken care of. Also, my apartment was broken into in the middle of the day while I was at work and because there is so limited security we were unable to find who did it. There are only security cameras placed in the parking garage (which I'm convinced they only use to tow cars that aren't supposed to park there) and stairwells. There are none in the hallways or in the common areas outside. Obviously whoever broke into my apartment lived here at the time because they couldn't find anything on any of the cameras in the stairwell or parking garage. The only good thing I have to say about this place is I've met some really nice people who also have dogs. Other than that, this apartment complex needs some serious over hauling, which new management would probably solve.

I've lived here for almost 12 months. I'm moving out at the end of this month and I can't wait. The staff is incompetent. They are always right and you are always wrong. They do not pro-rate the first month which I've never had an apartment do that. They will do anything to rip you off for any penny they can get. I've lived in many apartments before and this is the worst of all. My apartment is pretty small for a 2 bed 2 bath. Its way over priced, they make you pay for VIP trash even if you don't want it. And you can only leave your trash out 3 times a week from 8am to 10am. If you leave it out other than that, you get charged with high fees. The water bill is outrageously high. The dogs are a major problem here. The owners let their dogs pop on the property and most of them dont pick it up. This place is not a kid friendly apartment complex. Its more like a party complex. The pool area and most of the rest of the complex gets trashed all the time. They add new rules all the time that only make you mad. The parking here is a nightmare due to too small of spaces. They have their computers next to the office where the kitchen is and the coffee maker is. So if you need to go use the computer for school work, you only get frustrated with all the noise. The only thing good is the maintenance employees and the easy access to the freeway. The maintenance employees work hard and are nice. I would never live here again and would not recommend this place to anybody.

i lived at millennium greenway for 13 months and it is the 2nd worst apartment i ever lived in (i have lived in 7 different apartments). the service was great up until the day they gave you the keys after you signed the contract. valerie the manager there was rude since the first day we were there. the staff is forever changing (except for valerie; not sure why). here is a list of why the apartment was bad. 1)Parking-does it even exist? its only great if you drive a car smaller than a civic (mini-coopers are perfect!) recently, the apartment complex decided to "enforce" rules on parking which they don't so if you are those ppl who get off work late or like to have fun on the weekends; plan on staying outside bc you won't find parking. the apartment also started letting the special renters have reserved parking, which was not explained, warned to us until they started painting the reserve signs. like i mentioned above (does parking even exist?)there are probably 300 parking spaces, with 50 reserved and plus add all the guest that follows other ppl in. (you get the hint). 2) Pet Friendly.... NOT! please make sure you love dog poops. I personally have a dog and love pets but people do not pick up dog poop! everyone has a big 80-120lb dog and it was not fun having my 25lb dog walk on it; everyday! there are no grass and it stinks! 3) Office Hours: the young (professional) kids are not professional! the hours are not convient for the business professionals. they say they will call you back, NOT! they say they will service you with any issues, NOT! Also, please make sure you have documentations of everything you do, since the front office does not keep a good record of it. 4) The Gym: if you are a runner, one of the treadmills is alway broken! and learn to share on monday-thursday after 5pm. 5) Elevators: always broken! enough said! 6) Moving in & out: beware and schedule it ahead of time and remind the front office since they easily forget to put your name down on the list. Other than that: its a convenient place to live since you don't have to pay for parking when watching a movie. the pool is nice (if you go when no one else is there).
